CrossFit Michiana's Essentials class is now back, but with a different name.
Our CrossFit 101 Basic Training class is an introductory class geared towards the very beginning CrossFitter - you MUST take these 6 group training sessions in order to join a regular CrossFit class. In these 6 group training sessions you will learn the basic gymnastic movements, the press series, the DeadLift and the Olympic Lifts.
You will learn all the CrossFit foundational movements to help propel your efforts once you join a CFM class. These classes are designed to teach you how to dead lift correctly, learn the Olympic Lifting movements, how to use a KettleBell and how to tackle the most basic gymnastic movements.
The class is $125 for the 6 sessions and GUARANTEED to make you a better lifter no matter what your current or past fitness levels.
Our schedule looks as follows:
Run Bi- Weekly on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday's at 6:15 am and 7:00 pm.
