8:00 a.m. - Coffee

12:15 p.m - Leftover prime rib and asian medley veggies. Was going to be my lunch yesterday...

3:00 p.m. - 3 clementines

4:00 p.m. - Choclate chip larabar

7:00 p.m. - Post -wod progenix

7:45 p.m. - Hamburger patty with lettuce, tomato and pickle. 1/2 of a sweet potatoe w/cocunut manna and cinnamon. Wasn't real hungry, it was a grueling wod. I didn't finish all my burger.

9:30 p.m. - Made paleo ice cream. Strawberrie and raspberry. Yum. About a 1 1/5 cups of that.

10:30 a.m. - Coffee and leftover omellette from Saturday w/paleo biscuits and gravy. 2 biscuits. Stuffed.

Not hungry. Think breakfast held me over. It was big.

Snack: 3 clementines at a larabar

Off to Emily's soccer

While dinner was cooking - famished couple handfull mixed nuts

8:00 p.m. - 1 1/5 chicken sausages and 1//2 of a sweet potatoe w/ coconut manna and cinnamon

6:15 a.m. - Progenix Recovery Shake

9:30 a.m. - 3 HB eggs. Coffee

12:00 p.m. - Leftover prime rib and sweet potatoes. Raw carrots

3:00 p.m. - 2 leftover paleo biscuits and strawberries and pineapple..A shortcake of sorts.

Yard work - ugh.

7:45 p.m. - Leftover beef from Thursday with a little bit of BBQ sauce with 2 paleo biscuits. Asian medley veggies and some strawberries and pineapple.

9:30 p.m. - 2 spoons of almond butter with EL choco chips

9:15 a.m. - Paleo biscuits and gravy with 3 dippy eggs on top

Off to Fort Waye with Emily for a double header of soccer!

3:00 p.m. - One fruit rope (its clean...)

Starbucks on the way home. Americano

7:00 p.m - Prime rib (a little too done). Sweet potatoes on the grill

9:00 p.m. - Too lazy to make paleo ice cream. Settled for coffee with a bit of Baileys for my dessert.

A long day in the car, but I got to spend the day with Em....

10:30 a.m. - Garbage omelette w/fresh fruit

3:00 p.m. - 1 apple

5:00 p.m CDT - Applebees before the IronMan Imax show in Portage. Chips and Salsa. Spinach salad w/blueberries, strawberries, chicken, pecans and blu cheese.

Couple handfulls of popcorn at the Imax, but it was too salty. No thanks....ugh.

That was it.

So, something was said to me during Endurance and it made me sad......i don't know why it happened to me, but I am going to trudge on. It seems like I have been injured more than I have been well. I'm young, yet it still happens. What's next?

I'm hungry - breakfast it is.

10:30 a..m - Coffee and 2 HB eggs.

Nuts throughout the morning...and coffee

Leave it to my friends to check on me...wallowing in self-pity. Thanks for being there for me!! cheese

1:45 p.m. - Leftover city...one hamburger patty, a little steak and grilled veggies...all mixed together.

6:15 p.m. on - volcano rolls (3), and the double chubby without a bun and mixed veggies. Jon ate about half my burger, wasn't that hungry. 2 white sangria.

This staying at home thing could become a habit........

Coffee. No breakfast

12:00 p.m. - Blackberries, salad from Martins. Smaller because I had chicken sausage leftover. 1 1/2 pieces. Unsweetened tea.

3:30 p.m. - Carrots

5:30 p.m. - 3 clementines and some mixed nuts waiting for endurance class

8:15 p.m. - Roast from the crock pot and mixed grilled veggies.

9:30 p.m. - 2 squares 85% cocoa and some caramel almond spread. Last of the jar...not going to buy that anymore, too good.

1:00 ish - 1 1/2 italian chicken sausages w/ pizza sauce. Spoonful of caramel almond butter.

I think I would be sitting more at work, just sayin....

4:00 p.m. - 1 apple cider beer. Carrots.

6:45 p.m. - Steak and veggies grilled.

Nothing else, too lazy....

Sleep at home until 2:30 p.m

3:00 p.m. - Leftover paleo pizza

More sleep....

6:00 p.m. - One chicken sausage and sauce. Some leftover watermelon and strawberries.

9:30 p.m. - Homemade popcorn in cocunut oil

10:30 a.m. - Larabar while watching

12:00 a.m. - Apple - on the road to Zach's flag football practice/game

1:30 p.m. - Off to coach

Mark was nice enough for me to coach/workout with him

6:00 p.m. - Paleo pizza w/mushrooms, turkey pepperoni, sausage, bl.olives.

Stood in line forever at Walmart with Emily.....

2 squares of 85% cocoa...with caramel almond butter...omg heavenly.

1:10 p.m. - 1 pork chop grilled and 1 yellow pepper raw (its the only veggie I had)

8:15 p.m. - 1 western stye rib and some broccoli

9:45 p.m. - paleo ice cream
