Coffee for the drive. Main roads weren't that bad at all. I did slide out of my garage though!

10:15 p.m. - 2 HB Eggs

12:15 p.m. - 2 chicken thighs, leftover sweet potatoes, leftover broccoli.

10:00 a.m. - 2 hb eggs, more coffee.

12:15 p.m. - Leftover beef roast and more leftover veggies (stuffed)

4:00 p.m. - 2 clementine

6:15 p.m. - Couple almonds and carrots while waiting for dinner.

6:45 p.m. - 1 pork chop and sweet potato fries in oven

Woke up without a clue what day it was......

Coffee for the drive

8:15 a.m. - Banana

10:15 a.m. - 2 HB eggs and coffee

12:15 p.m. - 2 chicken sausage with some mixed veggies (zuchhini, yellow squash, red/orange peppers)

2:15 p.m. - 2 clementines

4:00 p.m. - Kind bar

8:30 p.m. - Beef roast from the crock pot. Steamed broccoli.

9:45 p.m. - Serving of paleo apple crisp with almond milk

Few carrots to hold me off until lunch. Really hungry today.

12:15 p.m. - 3 pieces leftover paleo pizza.

I don't remember what I had for a snack

6:45 p.m. - 2 Chicken sausages and veggies (zucchini, yellow squash, red/orange peppers)

Made some paleo apple crisp. I had a few apples that weren't going to get eaten - they were getting a little soft. So I wanted to use them up rather than throw them out

Soooooo good. Had it warm with a little almond milk.

Happy Birthday Jon!

8:00 p.m. - 3 scrambled eggs with sausage

Stopped and got a Starbucks coffee on our way to volleyball

Sat at volleyball from 8:45 - 10:10 then went to the gym to coach. Then back to volleyball. They were running late so I got to see the last game. However, those that schedule must not really like us. We had to ref the game after us, so we didn't get out of there until 2:45. Ugh.

I had A LOT OF WATER while there. Didn't bring any snacks. I thought we would be out of there a lot earlier and thought I could make it without bringing something.

4:00 p.m. - Once home I had some carrots, summer sausage from DC meats and a few pecan pieces while cooking dinner.

6:30 p.m. - Made 2 lbs of mussels (used Troy's "recipe" - bacon grease, garlic, shallot, white wine) YUMMY! We also made chicken wings. I thought for the kids, but Jon ended up having a few. I had 2. I also made a mixed green salad with apples, onion and blue cheese and pecans.

Watched everyone eat ice cream cake. I didn't want the cake, I just wanted a piece of chocolate.....

9:00 p.m. - Frozen blueberries w/coconut cream

10:30 a.m. - Out to breakfast with the crew. Mexican omelet, no cheese and a side of fruit

Birthday shopping for Jon, then some laundry - before I knew it I had to get ready for Emily's indoor soccer game

5:45 p.m. - After soccer we ran into Jimmy Johns and I had a turkey unwich.

On to see the Harlem Globetrotters with the Huffmans.

Coconut Cream Larabar at halftime

10:45 p.m. - Still hungry so I had a Kind bar before bed

Was helping Emily bake for her birthday tomorrow. (I was in charge of cookies for her volleyball team....its been awhile since I baked with the other stuff smile Basically took the whole evening so I had no snack. Went to bed because I knew I was getting up early to wod.

3:30 p.m. - Strawberries

Few pecans when I got home waiting for Jon and Emily

8:30 p.m. - Bowl of paleo chili and a mixed green salad with apples, pecans and red onion

9:30 p.m. - This paleo toffee/pecan brittle thing that didn't turn out so well, with some almond milk. Ummmm, not so good.

12:00 p.m. - 4 pieces paleo pizza with sausage, shrooms, bl. olives. Really hungry.

I know I had something this afternoon but can't remember what. ugh.

6:30 p.m. - After Zach's football game. Scotty's Brewhouse. Black and Blue salad. Vinegar and oil dressing. Can with guac and tomatos on it too. Really, really good.

Still in Fort Wayne

Breakfast buffet at hotel:

8:30 a.m. - Some nasty scrambled eggs, several links of sausage and pieces of bacon. Fresh fruit and coffee.

10:30 a.m. - 1 banana

A little more trail mix

Should have eaten better. But I didn't, shame one me for not planning better.

4:30 - some veggie chips while making dinner

6:00 p.m. - Almond meal soft taco shells with chicken, some peppers and onion sautéed, lettuce and salsa. Was going to make guac, but apparently Martins wants you to buy avocados 2 weeks in advance of you eating them. You could have used them for baseball practice.

9:30 p.m. - Frozen blueberries with coconut milk on them.

Wodded

10:30 - 3 scrambled eggs with sausage. Little did I know this would be my glowing meal for the day until much, much later.

Left for Fort Wayne. Dropped off at the coliseum where Emily was playing at around 12:30 Good thing because Jon's truck broke down later. Long story. But anywho, I though they would be done playing by 6ish. Packed a few snacks and thought Jon would bring me some lunch back. We didn't get done playing until 8:30. Let's just say I did not pack snacks for an all day/night affair. Nor did Jon ever make it back with lunch because of the truck incident.

So I had:

2 bananas
2 clementines
2 apples
some trail mix
Lots of water


9:30ish - Finally a real meal. Prime Rib, like 4 asparagus spears, salad w/a balsamic vinaigrette dressing. I think I was still hungry and I really thought about a drink. But was just to tired for anything else. So water it was. I just wanted real food. Had there been another piece of meat there, I probably would have ate it. The kids both finished off their meals too. No getting leftovers! :(

12:15 - Starving. 2 chicken sausages, cubed sweet potatoes from last night. I have a salad too, might save that for later.

3:00ish - Handful of raw almonds (stole from Matt's jar) and a cup of coffee (to get warm and stay awake!)

4:30 p.m. - Kind bar

7:00 p.m. - Several paleo goodies at Ashleys house. Ice tea.

9:00ish? - 2 pieces paleo pizza I made before I left for Ashleys.

9:30 a.m. - More coffee and 2 HB eggs

12:15 p.m. - 1 leftover pork chop. One large carrot and 1 red pepper (it was a throw things in the lunch bag kind of morning. I hate eating out the night before for that very reason. I like having my own veggies, sweet potatoes, etc. left to eat the next day)

3:00 p.m. - a few strawberries

4:30 p.m. - Apple w/almond butter

8:45 p.m. - Roast in the crock-pot. Cubed sweet potatoes and a mixed green salad w/green apples, red onions, pecans and a little blue cheese.

10:00 p.m. - 1 cup coconut ice cream
