8:00 - Coffee - contemplating breaking into the 1/2 ribeye I have left....with my hardboiled eggs....breakfast of champions..STEAK. We'll see.

Nothing.

12:45 - Salad from Martins

4:00 - Pear

7:00 - Post WOD protein drink

8:30 - After my Endurance class. Love those peeps! Cilantro, lime chicken in the crockpot. Had it over lettuce, but I think it would be really good over cauliflower rice. Didnt have time though.

9:30 - Little bit of leftover paleo apple crisp. All gone. Few almonds.

Nothing - even though I was super hungry. Just coffee

12:30 - Leftover paleo chili soup

3:00 - Plantain chips, probably more than I should have.

4:30 - Grapes

6:30 - Dinner at 523 for work. CEO took a select group who worked lots of hours, weekends etc. to sell the EMS business. Found out from the get go that the steak or fish was not cooked in butter. Only used olive oil. So, I had the wedge salad without cheese and oil and vinegar for dressing. Ribeye steak with sautteed mushrooms, side of veggies, had carrots, asparaus, zuchhini, and much to my surpise brussel sprouts (yummmmm). Had water to drink and no appetizers, because they were all fried, cheesy etc. However, this it the time I would really like to have a glass of wine with everybody else. Red gives me headaches....6 oz I don't know though.

This challenge has been pretty much how I eat normally, but to have a glass of wine, or a bottle of cider beer without penalty would be really nice for those social occasions.

9:30 - Had some paleo apple crisp when I got home as my dessert.

Nada except coffee in the morning.

12:30 - Salad from Martins. (usual)

3:30 - almonds (made my tummy feel weird)

6:30 - Post -Wod protein drink

7:15 - Pork tenderloin on the grill. A few sauteed mushrooms on top. Holly's sweet potatoes that she so kindly gave me a helping to warm up (Mmm Mmmm). Salad w/green apples, onions, pecans

Too full and tired to make a snack.

6:15 - Post wod protein drink

Iced coffee when we got hom

9:30 - 2 scrambled eggs and sausage.

1:00 - Paleo pizza and raw carrots

4:00 - Larabar and some more carrots

7:15 - Paleo chili I had in the crockpot. (made it on Sunday, had it warmed in the crockpot today....I loves me the crockpot)

9:30 - Paleo apple crisp (didn't burn it Holly smile But I cooked it longer than it said to.

9:30 - Mexican omelette, no cheese. Side of fruit and coffee

2:45 - While at Emily's soccer game. 1 snack pack of raisins, and 1 lemon larabar. coconut water.

6:00 - Happy Birthday to Aaron. At the Huffmans.

Amazing steak on the grill (I think it was a ribeye)
Some awesome sweet potatoe casserole that Holly came up with. It was really good, I had two helpings.

9:00 - Frozen blueberries w/coconut milk on top

8:45 - Post first WOD banana

9:30 - Post second WOD. Protein Drink

Wasn't hungry and went home to start doing laundry and cleaning the house. We were going to have someone from Texas, a friend of Jon's stay with us Saturday night for the ND game. I was cleaning like a fool. I knew I wouldnt have much time for laundry this weekend so I was doing that like crazy.

Left for the game around 1:45 to tailgate. This was Emily's first game. We walked around the stadium....it was soooooo cold.

Unfortunately I did not have anything to eat before I left, no time, and there just wasn't paleo friendly food at ANY of the tailgates. Piss poor planning on my part. I really wasn't thinking ahead.

I did have a brat and several apple slices. That was it....all day....

Coffee in the game. Emily had a great time!! Well worth it.

12:00 - When we got home I had 1 slice of leftover paleo pizza and some plaintain chips.

9:30 - Bowel of frozen blueberries and cocnut milk.

Coached the 5:15 - couple sips of coffee when I got home and water

8:30 - Coffee

11:45 - pistachios.

2:00 - leftover spaghetti squash from last night - what their was of it. Threw in a leftover hamburger patty. Not sure how long it had been in the fridge....we'll
see later.

4:30 - Pumpkin pie larabar...didn't really taste like pumpkin..just sayin

Wod at 6:00 . Had to pick up Emily at basketball. Didn't get home until 8:30

8:45 - T-Bone steak - sauted up what veggies I could find. Caulifower, little zuchhini, peppers

I hate eating dinner late.

Hit my snooze about 3 times. Surprised I wasn't late. I need a day to do nothing...is that possible?

8:30 - Coffee

10:30 - 2 HB eggs

1:30 - Salad from Martins - usual on it. Few raw veggies.

4:00 - almonds

Sat in the rain and watched Emily play soccer. I was wet, just sayin. But they won and the smile on her face made me forget I was wet.

8:00 - Spaghetti Squash - with sauce, canned mushrooms and bl. olives. Ok, so I don't think the squash was "ripe" was kinda green inside (don't think I ever had this happen before) so no matter how long I cooked it, it came out all clumpy. Jon forgot the sausage and the roll stuff comes with sugar added. So no meat for me. I didn't really want to get into with him why I couldn't have the sausage, so I just said that it was too time consuming.

9:30 - apple and the last of the paleo caramel dip

12:30 - 2 apple chicken sausage leftover. Raw veggies.

More raw veggies as the afternoon went on

4:30 - Left for Emily's Volleyball Tournament. Played two different schools. We didn't get out until 7:30 - BUT THEY WON THE CHAMPIONSHIP!! WOO HOO!

8:00 - Grilled pork chops. Sauteed veggies, shrooms, zuchhini, cauliflower, red/yellow peppers.

9:30 - Apple w/paleo caramel

7:00 - 2 Apple chicken sausage from DC. 1/4 of a sweet potato w/cinnamon and coconut manna.

9:30 - Apple with paleo caramel dip.

Games

1:30 - Cook out in the hotel parking lot. 2 Hot dogs (I bought some made without sugar). They were expensive. Veggies and fruit.

More Games

8:00 - Tailgate again for the whole team in the hotel parking lot. Hawaiian Chicken sausage from DC more veggies and fruit. Sat for awhile and then disappeared in to the room because I had a horrible headache. It was awful....felt a little sick, which scared me just a bit.

10:30 - woke up as the kids came back to the room. Back to bed for me.

Off today to get ready for Indy and soccer

6:15 - Wodded

On the run from that time on -

1:00 ish - warmed up hamburger patty and some of the veggies and fruit I was cutting up.

Not near enough to eat.

In Indy - went to McAllisters about 6:45ish

Had a salad, no bacon or cheese or croutons.

Zach swam. I had an apple and some paleo caramel dip.
