4-10 thru 4/24
so.. we were on vacation... behaved realatively well, if you consder free hotel eating and hotdogs and baked potatoes as staples - was feeling puffy upon return and rightfully so, but a good trip
following week.. well -- just lazy i guess, but still watching what I was eating
this week.. I won't say lazy because I am being super conscious, but just really busy w/work, kids, activities, etc...
Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs
at least 2-3 hard boiled eggs around 10
w/a packet of tuna and spoon of mayo and lots of mustard - Wednesday was a small packet of tuna, other days they were big
monday there was a bag of steamed broccoli for lunch, tuesday a half of bag of green beans, Wednesday a wedge salad w/chicken (out for Admin Asst Day - Whoopee)
thursday lunch I guess I will work on, except today was a big tuna pack today, so probably won't be much.. the other half bag of green beans, 5 strawberries, 8 grapes
a little hungrier this afternoon.. I will blame my morning WOD.. a leftover cold burger and coffee
Monday dinner - few slices of cheese, ham, left over veggies from the weekend, wine
Tuesday dinner - left over ham and cabbage, couple slices of cheese, bite of dark chocolate bunny ears
Wednesday dinner - small burger w/little cheese & mayo & mustard & ketchup, dc hot dog, simply orida fries, wine, pineapple chunks, bite of my leftover chocolate cake - a BIG bite :-}
Thursday dinner -
venti americano coffee w/an extra shot and heavy whip/yogurt parfait from bucks
so.. lets just say this coffee set me over the moon for some reason... and i needed it, because hey - lets plan an effin seminar for 750 people for May 20th.. guess when invites need to be sent out? At least April 21st --- guess who needs approval for invites, scheduling, etc... guess who isn't here for the next 3 business days and oh, hey - throw a holiday in there too while you are at it... I mean seriously..
its all down hill from here.. not really, but I was starving.. famished.. shaking to death from caffeine..
2 trays of sushi from WF - one tuna, one spicy shrimp
large lunch... that is what happens for poor planning...
Didn't move the whole night -- till the alarm sounded and neither did my Bella - snuggled up next to my arm all night. Slept from 7:50 till the 1st alarm at 5:40, last alarm w/6:20... so hopefully today will be better.
2 eggs/half a zucchini/potato sausage
since my day is "off" or at least I am just not capable of waking up.. I'm upping it a bit this morning, maybe some extra sugar and calorie intake will help boost me.
last of the left over pizza, possibly one slice - maybe a little over/yogurt/pecans/and mixed fruits

I debated about putting the ice cream out there.. but what the heck is the point of logging if you just pick and choose. My day really was long, drawn out, and so - so fatigued, which then a headache started in the afternoon that would not let up.... Like I made check mistakes today and an annuity purchase mistake today (seriously off) -- so when Mad asked for ice cream, I made myself a bowl too. And lemme tell you - a scoop of Breyer's oreo cookie and a scoop of Breyer's mint chip... taste super yummy together 8)
at a birthday party - some of the rice crackers in a party pub mix is what I picked out

duck bacon, 1 slice -- this is the only duck I like
fruit salad w/little bit cool whip
didn't really have dinner because the below was eaten so late...
but I did snack on a few glutino pretzels and yogurt french onion dip while I finished dinner for tomorrow
and then later.. another scoop of ice creams.. mint chocolate and oreo
out the breakfast with the crew.. went to Uptown and that was a mistake -- their Bloody Mary's are too too yummy!

If I explained that I am seriously dipping my gluten free pretzels in my mashed potatoes.. would you agree that I am still struggling a bit...
1/2 cup mashed potatoes.. not all dipped, mostly eaten.. just feeling miserable still... 2 servings of glutino pretzels
at March Madness for the evening with the kids... still having the longest day ever...
tried a couple of bites of brisket before - that was bad.. only in the fact that I can't stomach it..
at home and late.. 2 more servings of pretzels, and a sierra mist
Umm.. so yea, at least half of this lunch doesn't count anymore... as I came home and started with my son's stomach bug for the rest of the evening.. it was horrible. I did drink a Sierra Mist, but only half of that counts too... uggh!
