eggs, and salsa, piece of bacon, little colby jack, rolled in a tortilla land corn tortilla
go-go apple sauce squeeze

last of my eggs w/veggies.. no tortillas..

aladdin's for lunch, kebob salad and extra kebob on the side

3 spinach cakes -- gluten free, gmo free, organic.. from costco, pretty good
couple block slices of mozzerella

early bed.. fell asleep around 7:20.. 7:30..

coffee, little bit w/heavy cream
other half of breakfast casserole from yesterday

a salad around mid morning.. slightly starvingish

lunch was tuna and cheese melt
few nuts

for some reason, i was really hungry at dinner.. started w/a cheesestick
made brusselsprouts.. w/pancetta.. and ate a lot
had a polish sauasge and a bite of another w/horseradish and little ketchup
some sweet potato fries

ended w/pumpkin bar in a half

A new month.. a new day.. blah blah blah..

coffee, little bit w/heavy cream
made a breakfast casserole w/zucchini, mushrooms, spinach, red peppers, and 4 eggs.. baked in a small stone dish - ate half of that

had 1/4 cup of mixed nuts

2 cans of albacore tuna, 2 slices of colby jack cheese, 1-2 tblspns of mayo - melted
4 dill pickle sandwich slices
baby carrots
5 cherry tomatoes
la croix

cheese stick
slice of my paleo pizza.. a very small triangle .. heading to a banquet and not sure what to expect..

2 slices of pizza at the banquet, topping only
lots of salad, iceberg lettuce =(
3 chicken wings

at home - late and around 10.. had a paleo pumpkin bar and shared w/Bella

totally warmed up coffee pre wod from yesterday morning... this is where you know i am not a coffee snob! and it was only like a half cup...

tried bullet proof coffee this morning w/ghee... still added a little bit of cream.. and wow, this was yummy... ended up having two cups worth, and whether it was my mind playing tricks on me, or maybe this stuff really works... not going to lie, I was very much "in the zone" at the start of my work day!

birthday celebration for my grandfather..
1 pc of sausage
2 pcs of ham
small scoop of cheesy potatoes
salads.. likely one that was horible is the 7 layer one, but made the kale one and that was yummy
more salads
skipped the cake
had a pumpkin bar at home

wasn't a horrible day, the little bit of cheesy potatoes and the 7 layer salad - were my meh choices
