why do I wake up in plenty of time and still run late? It's because I have this 5# fluff ball who likes to snuggle in the mornings.. and makes us all too distracted!

2 slices of left over egg casserole, added a slice of peppered cheese melted on top

dinner was chili again, added some green bean left overs, sweet potato left overs, pork left overs, and a slice of spicy cheese

coffee and a applesauce pack
post wod.. coconut water and americano w/cream

finally ate out to lunch at hacienda.. ordered fajitas - w/extra lettuce and pico - no rice, beans, or tortillas, add sour cream and guac.. basically i dump everything onto my plate once i get the meat and veggies and mix it up.. seems better then just a salad - avoided the chips - shockingly.. but stared longingly at them

made some coconut crack.. it amazing w/dark chocolate melted on top, but since I'm not having chocolate.. its just coconut.. which is still pretty yum!
I don't knwow my measurements... but you take coconut flakes (maybe 2-3 cups), and a 1/4 cup honey (max - pretty sure mine was less), some sea salt to taste, melted coconut oil (maybe a cup or more), i also added schmidge remaining of coconut milk - then blend in food processor and its kind of like batter -- put in a glass dish (used the smaller version of an 9x13) and freeze, cut into bars.. there are real recipes for this if you need to look for exact mesurements - research paleo coconut bars or almond enjoy bars - and just use the coconut side of it.. add the chocolate once you are able and you will love this dessert!

feeling like a truck ran me over.. the two wod's yesterday, and lifting like I've just been lifiting the whole time w/no breaks in my program... sure.. feels great to not move .. uggh!

coffee, bullet proof coffee

made 2 breakfast casseroles, spinach, eggs, sausage, and cheese (lots of spinach)
had 2 squares

cleaning/organzing.. feels like spring cleaning... and I'm afraid to sit down and stop moving for fear I won't get up

made jalapeno stuffed peppers w/cream cheese, cheese, and sausage..
been drinking my water..

at a football viewing game of the saddest end to packers game ...
had jalapenos above, carrots, and sugar snap peas.. lots of carrots and sugar snap peas

came home w/last two paleo snicker doodles
lots of water, and then a coffee.. just sounded good.. bullet proof

got busy w/the kids - went to the grocery store, dc meats, cleaned, aaron was working today.. then just started cooking up a storm... made chili, pork roast, roasted chicken, sweet potato spears roasted, green beans... finally ate around 3.
a sausage and cabbage left over

basically then tried all the food above.. not a lot though, was almost like all the cooking and the late meal .. really through me off

So.. I need to complete 400 sit ups today... Bad me for pracastinating, been a difficult week and slightly sidetracked

at 11 - had a small package of turkey jerky from WFoods
working on my waterssss

Had dehydrated peaches and bananas
Small left over salad .. It had spinach and romaine (2greens:)
3 pcs of leftover eggplant

Dinner consisted of 1 green, but a lot of buttered cabbage and Polish sausage

Unwich, homemade -- peppered turkey, roast beef, tomatoes, slice of Swiss, spicy mustard
(hoping my spinach from #1 and lettuce equals my 2 for this meal)

we had a viewing this evening and waited for quite awhile.. stopped across the street at wings
had a 1# burger w/swiss and mushrooms, which was two patties - but ate more like 1 1/2 and gave the other half (the one that didn't touch mushrooms to Aaron)

it's 9:30 and I am going to eat my container soon of leftovers for breakfast.. supposed to have a lunch meeting today - likely from chipotle
so 1 left over chicien thigh w/bacon, little bit of brussel sprouts, little bit of squash

lunch was most of a chipotle bowl.. double steak, extra veggies, fresh and medium salsas, light on the sour cream and cheese, guac, and lettuce on top

green #2 - peppers in fajita mix

had an unwich courtesy of Brendan.. made w/turkey and roast beef
then had a salad w/2 eggs, and 2 cheese sticks

3 more snickerdoodles (new batch, new recipe - very similar to short bread cookies, less honey then the 1st batch and more cookies - like they are bite sized pcs this time)
made bacon wrapped chicken thighs, had 2
brussel sprouts and pancetta
and butternut squash and pancetta w/little maple syrup
water, more water

pretty possitive I hit my gallon the last 2 of 3 days - I think yesterday was questionnable, but was likely close

Bit of banana bread and snicker doodles with butter - the first part, and this makes up for the cake and drinking I walked into. Along with walking in on more drama.. Sheesh!
