a new day.. a new challenge.. a new reset

2 eggs, 2 pcs of bacon


3 pcs of butter lettuce, wrapped w/1/3 cup of chicken salad

2-3 oz of corned beef, cabbage and carrots

3 bites of cottage cheese
chicken broth

made a paleo kung pau chicken w/cashews..
steamed carrots, bok choy, celery, green onions, broccoli, and sugar snap peas
chicken was cooked w/beef broth, after partially done, added honey, ginger, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes, used a gluten free soy sauce (sure coconut aminos could be subbed), maybe a half can of coconut milk, and arrow root powder - sauce had a really great flavor - mixed in my veggies, served over rice noodles

trying this new thing to eat prior to wodding.. its kind of horrible - and i refuse to take any protein powders... but its recommended i have some sugar and a protein.. and i was told drinking coffee, alcohol or desserts should be along with a protein (this is nearly impossible when talking about desserts)

so - frozen banana, 1 egg, spoon of almond butter, splash of chocolate almond milk, bigger splash of cashew milk (which I favor much more then almond milk, no funky after taste)

@ 6:30 2 eggs fried, pc of bacon

@ 9:05 4 jalapeno poppers (these are homemade and stuffed w/pancetta); and a few sweet potatoes

@ 12:10 left over cabbage and leftover sausage "gravy" w/2 almond buscuits, lacroix

@ 5:45/6ish 3 small lettuce roll ups, w/mayo & spicy mustard, 3 half slices of roast beef and peppered turkey each
so my stomach is not happy.. this afternoon at all.. I know I need to eat, so above is all I could muster.. felt like I needed something a little more "binding" -- made two corn, non gmo tortillas w/salt and pepper

@ 7ish little greek yogurt, w/walnuts, dates, and grapes

That "aw - crap" moment when you realize you are being forgetful on the log... busy bee at work = not as much time to log
