pre wod - coffee...
umm, yea, a little too much - mistake made / lesson learned because 1 - its a little "warm" in the gym, and 2 - it hung in the back of my throat the whole WOD
post wod - protein w/unsweetened almond milk and water

B: more coffee w/whip

earlier than usual lately.. 1045.. 1 burger left over, small salad serving w/jalapeno ranch
L: went to WF because I wanted something besides the rotissere chicken and mayo I've been having all week... so - I picked up barbqued chicken... oh oh kind of really branching out... I also had roasted veggies and beets... I love beets!!

the afternoon hit me like a trainwreck in the back of my head...
managed to make dinner... had few bites of rice, and mushrooms/onions, finished the pork chop
lots of water, and a heating pad and an early night

venti americano, 5 shots - heavy whip

lunch:
almonds, pistachios
left over rotissere chicken w/mayo & pepper
couple chunks of jalapeno cheese

came home and had 3 slices of salami, 5 slices of turkey, and 2 slices of muenster
somewhat stressful evening... and needing to get 5 bags of mulch laid, along with the rest of my flats of flowers planted... 3 vodka/lacroixs thruout the night

big ol burger
grilled green beans (we go through these ridiculously!! - the kids love 'em, we love 'em... a whole pound in a half of green beans, gone in seconds flat!!)
french fries

later... small bowl of whip and frozen berries

eggs & sausage
2 small gluten/wheat free pancakes - w/butter and maple syrup
bacon

around 4 (break time)
stella, and quite a few plantain chips
last of the stuffed jalapenos

around 7
grilled chicken breast w/bbq
salad w/ranch
glass of wine

there was probably 1 more stella and a vodka/la croix consumed in the heat of the afternoon and such working out in the yard today total - and water - lots of water!

later - 1/2 of a fried banana w/walnuts, butter, cinnamon and a few dark chocolate chips - only ate about half or a third of it

snack around 9:50ish... heading to the homeless center to do lunch service for our Baird Cares Week and I needed to have a little something earlier since we won't be done till 1... so my avocado, hb eggs, chicken, lemmonaise, spicy mustard salad - maybe a 1/2 or 1/3 of a cup at the most

L little after 1:
Five Guys.. double burger, cheese, bacon, lettuce, grilled mushrooms & onions, jalapenos, pickels - obviously no bun, not sure I needed to state that, but just in case
I'd say.. about 10-13 french fries - that is an amazing feet for me
ice tea... lots of it

4 hb eggs, 1/3 avocado, dijon mustard, dill, organic relish (just a wee bit), 1 small spoon of lemonnaise - if I could get anyone in my family to believe these are the best hb eggs ever - they would surely think I was crazy.. Seriously Yum!

D... after 8 - my night for lots and lots and lots and lots of running from here to there from here to there from here

post wod protein w/little bit of oj and unsweetened vanilla almond milk - slightly slushly like - seems like an Orange Julius to me and tasts scrumptious - especially after sweating like a pig from a lovely WOD this morning!
