L: went to WF because I wanted something besides the rotissere chicken and mayo I've been having all week... so - I picked up barbqued chicken... kind of really branching out... I also had roasted veggies and beets... I love beets!!
the afternoon hit me like a trainwreck in the back of my head...
managed to make dinner... had few bites of rice, and mushrooms/onions, finished the pork chop
lots of water, and a heating pad and an early night
