Got up early again -- very little sleep this week.

Got up early again --didn't eat breakfast until after 8am.

Post workout 6:30am 1/2 protein shake, sweet potato puree

after 8am A few oz of Turkey, still hungry 1x porkchop
6 x Strawberries
Walnuts

Ground beef w/ lettuce, oil & vinegar

A few carrots

handful of walnuts, small apple

Porkchop

postworkout- 1/2 protein shake w/coconut water, sweet potato puree

Can of tuna

Got up at 4am --didn't eat until after 8am.
8am 2 x hamburger patties. Oops this was my lunch and preworkout food.

6 x Strawberries

Maybe 1cup of grapes-- same as yesterday

2pm Can of tuna, handful of walnuts, small apple

No postworkout snack today-- just didnt feel like eating it.

Had veggies and a handful of walnuts- the porkchops were not quite done baking--and I didn't want to wait.

1 cup cauliflower mash-- just cauliflower and chicken broth
1 cup cauliflower mash
1 cup of chicken broccoli salad

Need something sweet-- 4oz coconut milk, unsweetened cocoa powder and my one lonely packet of sweetner--since I did not have vanilla.

2 pieces of round steak-- probably 4oz

1tsp almond butter

2 slices of watermelon

Chicken jalapeno pineapple sausage patty-- this was sooo very good
Cauliflower mash-- more than 1 cup

Up early didn't eat for several hours-- STARVING
2 egg omlette & green juice

1 small chicken breast
applesauce

1 small chicken breast
large apple

can of tuna

a good amount of carrots

another small chicken breast w/a piece of lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, mustard - this was stress eating for still being at work late.
Probably more tired--than hungry--
