snack - 2 small pieces of cheese
dinner - small bowl of egg drop soup
late night - hamburger w/cheese no bun

POST-WOD 1/2 protein shake w/coconut water 1/3 of banana--the rest dropped to the pavement : )
2 turkey dogs
Bought a ton of Chicken Apple Sausage from DC meats so I can get back on track--and I think I have eaten at least a dozen eggs in the past two weeks.
