Postwork out -- Sweet potato/apple puree and Egg white protein w/coconut water
8:30am scrambled eggs w/frank's hot sauce
Green tea w/honey ginseng
small apple
11:30am Turkey salad-- no dressing
3pm-- hungry and on the run-- 2 slices of swiss cheese and a cup of sliced fruit
7pm Chicken-- 2 more slices of swiss cheese.

5:30am 1 x Baked egg, 5 small pieces of diced fruit--Diet Coke

9:30am 1 can of tuna, fruit and nut bar, small apple

1pm Chicken Bruschetta salad-- no bread

5:30p Postworkout Sweet potato/apple puree & egg white protein shake

6:30pm Rotisserie Chicken -- I was actually pretty hungry-- which is unusual--normally I dislike--very much to eat dinner after working out in the evening.

I had a bottle of tea today-- that I bought from Whole Foods-- because I did not think it had artificial sweeteners in it. Looking at the bottle later-- in tiny print it said sweetened with the Stevia plant---those tricksters!!

2:15pm Mixed nuts-- no peanuts, not salted
2:30pm 2.6oz Tuna and 2 apple/veggie sauce
4:30p Postworkout Sweet potato/apple puree & egg white protein shake
6pm Large Berry Chicken salad--no dressing
9pm--hungry 1 cup fruit-- didn't cut it-- so I also had a fruit and nut bar

1130am 3 tsp Almond butter--while cooking my porkburger
(Porkburger at 1130am)
3 bottles of water this morning, 2 more in the afternoon
2pm small apple, 4 slices of green pepper
8 oz Diet green tea w/honey ginseng
4pm 3 baked eggs
Fruit & nut bar
V-8
7pm a little bit of cooked Cauliflower

1c fruit & 1 baked egg

Banana w/a few almonds before going to bed--trying to get rid of leg cramps that have been annoying me for over a month.
Ate a lot more today and yesterday-- everytime I would have drank a soda-- I ate something.
Really wanted a nap ALL DAY today.

Seriously I cannot remember what I had for breakfast-- I know it was not a cheat-- and I did not have 2nd breakfast.

3 pieces of beef jerky from DC Meats-- I don't think this is bad--but I could be wrong. No preservatives it has to be refrigerated.
