not sure how many i did during warmup...I was concentration on doing 2 doubles in a row. I'm going to guess 50

whew...finally feeling better. did 50 today--felt good. Tried to do 2 in a row but i can't control the rope. the jump is fine but the rope is not making it over my head. hmmm...don't know how to fix.

60 or 70...I'll go with 60. how i can loose track is beyond me! I don't feel like I'm clomping down so much so hopefully that will help my knees out. I feel like I am jumping more like a normal person and less like someone who has a muscular disorder.

50...it is getting faster to get 50. Not sure my knees can take much more--they get pretty sore afterwards. going to try to increase this week and see how it goes---providing i can lift my arms tomorrow. MAN my arms hurt from Sat. workout smile

WED-50. I can now do them with 1 reg. jump in between doubles. At first i felt like Frankenstien lumbering, but I started to get a rythem.
