Day 18/Day 6 LuRong challenge

Rough night=sleeping late=late breakfast
11:10. Green juice
11:30 3 eggs with 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco. Coffee and gelatin.
1:30. Little water
3:30. 2 hb eggs and 2 slices salami uncured, no sugar or nitrates or nitrites. Leftover veggies from last night and seed cookie from Crystal. Water
5:45-8:30. 2-3 glasses of cucumber/lemon infused water (at a birthday party with nothing but that for me to have, not even fruits or veggies!!!)
8:45. Starving, but lazy,2 slices salami and then, 3 eggs, 3 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco. Had a veggie vitamin before bed.

Day 18/Day 5 LuRong Challenge

8:15. 3 eggs with 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco.

10:30. Coffee
12:30. Out to hacienda, fajita salad, no corn, beans, cheese, croutons or tortilla strips, used salsa and not sauce as dressing. Water to drink.
7:30. Seed cookie (LuRong approved) x 2
8:30. Green juice and egg salad with onion. Water

Day 17/Day 4 LuRong challenge

The water is working! The weight is finally starting to come off

Preworkout- nothing
7:55. Green juice, water
8:25. 3 eggs with 2 slices bacon, onion, spainach and Tabasco.
9:00. Bottle of water, bulletproof coffee with gelatin.
11:30. More water 46 oz down
12:45. Rest of my leftover buffalo chicken pasta, so yummy.
Around 50 more oz water until 3:00
Preworkout #2, oh yeah, I did a LuRong wod as my second workout today, it was brutal! I did not eat anything preworkout.
7:30. Out to bw3s, 6 naked tenders with mild sauce, side salad (no croutons or cheese), balsamic dressing. 1 1/2 glasses water (they were big!
By 8:45, I know I didn't have any fat for dinner, kind of hungry;(
9:30. Tea with gelatin and coconut oil.

Day 16/Day 3 LuRong Challenge

I was so tired this morning, I went back to bed at 7:45 this morning and slept until 10:45!!!! Guess I needed it!
So, food was delayed this morning.
11:00. Green juice
11:30. 3 eggs with 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco.
60 oz water down throughout the morning!
5:40. Pretty bad headache, not sure why, kind of hungry now, 5 slices salami, more water. Trying a new recipe for dinner, I'll let you know how it turns out!
8:45. 2 pieces hot and sweet chicken (it is so good and easy!!), mixed veggies (zucchini, yellow squash, onion, red and yellow pepper, asparagus), and a big salad with kohlrabi, tomato, egg, yellow pepper, cucumber, carrot, vinegar and oil.
I am on my 120th oz of water today! Probably won't have too much more, but 2 days with all my water, woo hoo!!!

Day 15/Day 2 LuRong Challenge

5:40am pre wod-hb egg, LuRong vitamin, vitamin d, veggie vitamin
7:55. Green juice
8:30. 3 eggs, 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco.
9:00. Bulletproof coffee
30 oz water done by 11:30!!!
12:00. More coffee and water
1:30. Leftover buffalo chicken pasta, water.
2:30. Another 30 oz water down the hatch!
6:30 or so. Big salad with grape tomato, onion, cucumber, red pepper, kohlrabi, egg, oil and balsamic vinegar. Pork burger with mustard and onion. Tried having a glass of wine, Pinot Grigio, tasted sour, poured the rest.
9:00. Working on the last 30 oz of water for the day!!! Woo hoo, been a while since I had all my water.

Day 14/Day 1 LuRong Challenge

7:00. Pre wod-bulletproof coffee
9:00. Green juice
9:30. 3 eggs, 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco.
11:00. Coffee
1:45. 7 macadamia nuts (couldn't help myself, they looked amazing and ingredients are nuts, sea salt, macadamia nut oil.)
2:00. Buffalo chicken pasta. Water, coffee, I'm freezing!
7:30. I am going to call this "garbage" taco salad, it had romaine, grape tomatoes, Brussel sprouts, kohlrabi, onion, red pepper, taco meat, guacamole, hot sauce, homemade taco sauce, balsamic vinegar, I think that's all. It was really pretty good, but I wouldn't recommend the Brussel sprouts, didn't really add anything good to the salad. I should say I got all my veggies today:). Water.
9:30. Tea with gelatin

Day 13

Can't believe I don't feel worse than I do this morning! In fact, I am just hungry! I poured the remaining pop down the drain, including the kids'. Cookie/brownies are gone, pizza's gone, we are good to go! Slept late, missed church, time to get this day started.

10:50. Green juice
11:30. 3 eggs and 3 slices bacon with Tabasco. Bulletproof coffee in a smaller cup, same amount of fat, just less coffee, tastes even better!
12:00. Another cup coffee, black this time.
3:30 or so. 3 slices salami, 2 hb egg with salt, veggie vitamin, not really in the mood for veggies, didn't have any prepared, so it was just easy to grab the vitamin.
6:30. Pizza at grandma and grandpa's. Ha, I did not any! In fact, she had lettuce out for me to make a big salad. Romaine, onion, radish, carrot, red pepper, ham (no, I'm sure it's not the good kind, but it was protein), olive oil and vinegar. It was super yummy!
8:45. Tea with gelatin and coconut oil.

Day 12

9:00. Bulletproof coffee and a little green juice (going to the gym and wanted to save the rest for postwod.
11:00. Rest of my green juice
1:30. Maybe a small handful of cashews, 4 honey cinnamon almonds (I decided to have one more cheat day before Monday) watermelon as I was cutting it up.
2:30. Buffalo chicken pasta (spaghetti squash) from paleomg, pretty tasty. Dark chocolate 2 squares
3:00. Gluten free crackers
7:00. 4 slices pizza (monster from mancino's), 3 jack and cokes, maybe 3 cookie/brownies. I went all out. I am done. New challenge starts Monday. Detox starts right now!

Day 11

8:15. 3 eggs and 3 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco. Coffee
11:00. Bulletproof coffee.
12:15. Out Arby's. Medium sized roast beef with no bun. I did use Arby's sauce (yes, it has HFCS in it, no, I am not perfect), side salad, took as much cheese off as I could, no oil and vinegar, used light Italian, you see, I just told you I wasn't perfect:), it didn't even taste good, I think I may have used about half or less of the packet. Unsweetened iced tea.
1:30. More coffee, it's cold today.
3:10. Pretty hungry, no good fats or enough protein for lunch. 5 slices salami.
7:00. Know I need to eat more today, going to football game, not really wanting anything. I had 2 more slices salami and a piece of cheese, I know, not whole30, but wait, it gets worse, I made popcorn for the kids to take to the game and ate quite a bit of it, and I enjoyed it. Figured this was not going to end well. I made a pot of coffee to take with me, drank most of it.
9:30. Got home from game, hungry, did not eat anything, though tacos were calling my name, with shells and cheese!!! I did not give in.
It's now 12:30am, I made it, pretty bad tummy ache, I'm assuming it's from all that coffee, but I'm going to bed!

7:20. Green juice.
8:00. Bulletproof coffee, hb egg, veggie vitamin
11:30. 3 eggs, maybe 3 slices bacon, it is very thin, so I used an extra piece today. Onion, spinach and Tabasco. Coffee. 1 blueberry.
4:00. Hungry, yikes! Eggsalad with homemade mayo, mustard and onion. 3 slices salami, 4-5 slices kohlrabi with sea salt. Coffee.
7:30. Out to Applebee's. House salad, sans cheese and croutons, oil and vinegar. Bourbon St grilled chicken with grilled shrimp, skipped the red potatoes as they were fried. Opted for steamed veggies (broccoli, carrots and zucchini) added salt and vinegar. Lots of water.

Day 9

7:20. Green juice
8:00. Bulletproof coffee (1T coconut oil, 1T grassfed butter mixed with immersion blender, doesn't separate!)
9:10. 3 eggs with 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco.
Water
11:30-1:30 or so- about 3-4 cups coffee (small ones like at a restaurant), glass of water, brat with mustard, 3 chunks fresh pineapple, 2 grapes and blueberries. We were at a golf outing, this was my only choice of what to eat.
3:00. 2 raspberries, 3 slices salami, hb egg, 1/2 orange pepper, snap peas.
6:45. Huge taco salad, with hamburger, onion, 1/2 gr pepper, romaine lettuce, homemade taco sauce, hot sauce, balsamic vinegar, guacamole. I think that's all that was on there, it was so good!

I have been writing my food down on my office's private fb page for all of them to see, but I think I need to post it on here too, makes it easier for me to see all of it together, but unfortunately, I can't copy it from fb to here on my iPad. I'll try to get that figured out tomorrow. But after today, day 9 and so on will be on here.

8:30. Pre coach/wod- bullet proof coffee with gelatin (1T ea coconut oil and Kerry gold butter), veggie vitamin.
11:25. Green juice, while making my eggs I ate snap peas.
11:45. 3 eggs with 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco.
3:00. Water
4:00. Starving! 2 slices salami, hb egg, 1/2 pepper, snap peas with guacamole, coffee with coconut oil, handful of cashews.
7:30. Chicken with seasoning, homemade BBQ sauce, homemade coleslaw. Water.

Pre wod- nothing
10:20. About 3 eggs and 3 slices bacon. Taste of smoothie that I made for later, 1 blueberry.
2:20. 1/2 smoothie with strawberries, blueberries, coconut milk, vanilla protein, organic natural peanut butter. It was so yummy. I know it is not part of a totally clean diet, but it had no sugar, so I'm ok with it.
4:00. 3 slices salami, carrots and snap peas and guac.
7:15. Out to Dandino's. Peel and eat shrimp (Brett says I had 34 pieces) with cocktail sauce. Not interested in any sides other than salad, so I asked if I could have a double salad, and they said yes! There was a little cheese on it. I had vinegar and oil as my dressing, it was yummy. Unsweetened iced tea.

Alright, time to get serious. Going to FL in. October and don't want to be fat. Signed up for LuRong on Monday. I juiced for the last three days, this morning was rough, I didn't do,it right yesterday, last juice was at 10AM:(

So, I've been off sugar for 44 hours, yay! Got up, made a cup of tea, took kids to school, got home, made juice and waited about 20 minutes to eat breakfast, it was all I could do wait that long, the juice didn't even help my dizziness this morning! I had about 3 eggs, 2 slices bacon and Tabasco. Coffee.
12:15. 3 slices salami and small handful of cashews. Then 2 more slices and another small handful of cashews. Oh, how I have missed chewing my food!
1:15. Made egg salad with homemade mayo, mustard and onion. Added too much mustard, making a few more eggs. 1 small piece of gluten free pizza (1/8 of a very small crust).
Rest of the afternoon was kind of a bust. I had a gluten free brownie, another slice of gluten free pizza, and at least 7 gluten free cookies:(. So much for a sugar free day)
Dinner I had rotisserie chicken, guac, carrots, snap peas and water. I also had a few strawberries and red raspberries.
