Wow, confession time and while I am typing this, i am totally regretting what I did. I was at the store and saw this wonderfully tempting choc chip cheese ball (basically cream cheese, butter, vanilla, sugar and choc chips), I decided that sounded so good, I bought it and ate almost the whole thing!!!!! I am so miserable, hopefully that cured my sugar craving for a while. Ok, it is off my chest and over.

3:00. Sweet potato chips and hummus
3:30. Meat stick and slice of spicy cheese. Strawberry apple sauce, no sugar.
6:30. 1 slice grain free pizza
8:30. 3 more slices pizza, water

8:00 Coffee, going to be a bad day, we have no food in our house and I am at the office all day. Will go as long as I can.
9:45 Rest of my coffee, dixie cup of peanuts
10:15 Lara bar
11:00. Maybe. 1 more Dixie cup of peanuts
6:00. Rotisserie chicken with BBQ sauce and cole slaw, gluten free cider.
7:00-8:00. Uncounted dark choc cov cashews and 3 choc cov almonds. Just an all around bad day.
10:00. 2 shots peach vodka with cranberry soda (all natural) x 2

You ever wish your kids missed you as much as missed them? I am sure they did, but boy, it didn't take long to get back told routine of fighting over bed time. I am just whining, but it just kind of sucks, you know. I am getting back to good starting tomorrow. I really have no excuses for today, just a bad day, which everyone has now and then.

11:30. Half cup tomato bisque soup with chicken sausage, hb egg, beer, meat stick, about 4 gluten free crackers.
1:30. Beer and unsweetened iced tea while waiting for the plane.
4:00. Lara bar on plane
7:00. Cold turkey, celery, radish, a little bit of beef and noodles. Water
8:00 Went to Honey's and did have some fro yo, but only a small amt to taste. It was yummy.
10:00. Water
10:45. 8 dark choc cov cashews, root veggie chips, spoonful cashew butter

2:00. Carrots and guacamole, Lara bar
5:45. Out to buffet, hummus, two pieces of pita bread, salad, duck, chicken, shrimp, sushi, got dessert, tasted red velvet cake, tasted ice cream, tasted maybe dulce de leche (nasty sweet), rum bucket. So extremely full, glad the trip is over.

12:00. Kitchen sink salad, tomato, cucumber, turkey, egg, blue cheese, avocado ranch, yummy. 3 glasses water.
1:45. 4 gluten free crackers
2:30. 3 small spoonfuls of almond butter and meat stick.
5:30-8. 5 7&7's, it is all gone now, so hopefully that's the end of that.
8:30. 2 slices pizza, cheese garlic bread, large salad.

Pre wod- small drink of juice, 2 strawberries with almond butter.
Post wod- carrots with guacamole, meat stick, glass of veggie-fruit juice, coffee.
Lunch- a little more than half can soup, chicken chili. Carrots and guacamole, Lara bar, 4 gluten free crackers.
2:00 coffee
2:30. Want to eat, another Lara bar.
6:00. 3 small beers (the .99 kind), 2 bottles beer, 4 peel and eat shrimp, 2 chicken wings, side salad with Italian. Pulled pork with cole slaw.
10:30. Coffee

10:00. Post wod- banana
12:15. Chicken salad, salad, it was all together, with lots of veggies. Lots of water.
Snack throughout the day, 2 slices cheese, meat stick, 3 dark choc covered almonds
5:30-12. 6 7&7 (crazy!) and a margarita for dinner
8:30. Shrimp with some other salty meat, peppers, onions, little amt of rice, 1/2 mini loaf of bread. That meal was a train wreck, I think the amt of alcohol made a difference in what I ate, but it is over now and tomorrow's a new day.

Breakfast- carrots and guacamole, yolk of one egg (my eggs got frozen in hotel fridge!) coffee, Lara bar, chicken sausage, veggie-fruit juice
Lunch- water, 5 strawberries, meat stick.
We were starving at the pool, (I know, rough life), ordered black cherry cola (rum and cherry vodka, cola), fish tacos (only bad part of those was the shell and kitchen sink salad with avocado ranch, we split both. So, half salad and 1 fish taco.
5:00-6:00. 2 7&7, 3 choc cov almond
9:30. Equiv of 1 1/2-2 beers (waiter brought us some samples and then we ordered one as well), 2 shrimp cocktail, 7 coconut shrimp, garlic mashed potatoes, mixed veggies.
10:30. One more 7&7.
11:20. Vitamins and water.

Not really doing that great right now, going to the grocery today.
Lara bar, 6 dark choc cov almonds, little coffee.
After grocery, around 12- 2 remaining pieces of grain free pizza, carrots with guacamole, veggie/berry juice, hb egg.
4:45. Pot wod- banana, 3 small glasses of water.
5:45. More carrots, meat stick.
7:30. About 8 blackened bacon wrapped sea scallops with grilled asparagus, side salad with pomegranate vinegarette, 2 cups black coffee and water.
10:30-12:00. 2 7&7's
12:30. Vitamins and water, 3 choc cov almonds

9:30. Smoothie, Brett are about half, put a small amount away to finish later.
1:30. Rear of smoothie
3:00. 2 slices grain free pizza, 3 dark choc cashew, about 5-7 gluten free crackers.
5:15. Airport, 7&7, so yummy, nothing like a good little buzz before a flight:)
10:30. Finally got around to getting dinner, ate in hotel bar, Brett and I share some appetizers, not too many good choices, but I did my best with the situation I was given. Tomato bisque soup, about 3 spoonfuls, 2 shrimp cocktail, about half a side salad, hummus with some veggies and pita bread. My tummy was so churning, but never really felt bad. New day tomorrow.

7:45. Smoothie with coconut milk, strawberries and 1 1/2 scoop protein.
12:15. 2 slice salami, cheese, nitrate free turkey and mustard, banana grain free muddin with choc chips, 2 hb eggs, apple.
5:30. Tequila with Lemon juice and honey.
7:00. Pesto salmon with slalad with Italian dressing, sweet pots fries, unsweetened tea.
8:45. 2 tequilas with lemon juice and honey. Actually the second was more vodka than tequila and was actually better, but wanted to be honest:)
10:10. Wanted something to eat, had a Lara bar left from lunch, was more than happy to dig it out, it was so good!!!

9:45. Post wod- egg salad with avocado, mustard, turkey. I didn't find it all, I used three eggs, 4 oz turkey, whole avocado.
10:15. Large black coffee.
12:30. Out to granmas's kitchen, veggie omelet, broccoli, onion, tomato, pepper, made with 5 eggs, no pancake batter, I ate half, a couple cups coffee,water.
4:00. Lara bar and spoon full of cashew butter.
6:15. Other half of my omelet with Tabasco.
8:45. Out to hoppers, carb less chicken breast with onion, lettuce and tomato with Louisiana hot sauce, unsweetened iced tea.
10:45. Water and vitamins

8:20. Same breakfast as yesterday.
8:30-later, big cup coffee, never did finish.
12:45. Decided maybe need to get used to some other foods slowly. We went out to eat, I got an omelet (no pancake batter, I asked), with mushroom, onion, tomato, maybe pepper, not sure. It was so good, and I was so hungry, I thought I might finish before Brett even started! Water.
5:00. Starving! Spoonful of cashew butter, so good.
9:30. Same dinner as last night, plus 1/2 yolk.
10:45. Vitamins and water.
