11:00. Post workout- green juice
11:45. 3 eggs, 3 slices bacon, Tabasco.
1:30. Finished off the grain free pizza.
3:00. Handful macadamia nuts
6:30. Grilled chicken with bbq, salad with oil and vinegar, sweet potato fries and water.
7:30. Cutie, tea with coconut oil.

2:00. 2 slices grain free pizza, choc mug cake (it was paleo)
8:00. Cutie
8:30. Rotisserie chicken with homemade bbbq and coleslaw, also homemade.
9:30. Tea with gelatin and coconut oil.

5:40. Cutie, pre workout, tea with coconut oil and gelatin.

8:00. 3 eggs, 3 slices bacon, Tabasco.
9:00. Coffee with gelatin and coconut oil, butter.
12:30. Chili with sweet potatoes.
1:15. Handful macadamia nuts.
6:30 or so, more nuts, not as many as 1;15.
7:15. 4 slices grain free pizza with ham, onion and pepperoni, both meats are ok to eat, even on LuRong, at least the pepperoni is. They are gluten, nitrate, nitrite free. Water.
10:15. Tea with gelatin and coconut oil.

I'm baaaack! Let myself get a little crazy for the last 3 weeks, but time to buckle down and get serious!

8:40. Green juice (took waaaay too much time off from that, I guess I got a little burned out)
8:50. 3 eggs, 3 slices bacon, Tabasco.
10:00. Bulletproof coffee with gelatin
11:30. A little more coffee, I didn't finish it.
3:45. 3 slices pepperoni, handful macadamia nuts.
4:00. 3 hb eggs, coffee with coconut oil (it really wasn't like 3 eggs, I peeled most of it off, surely 3 yolks and a little whites)
7:15. Cutie (Orange)
7:45. Adobo chicken from Myra's freezer meal workshop, yummy! Fried red potatoes, green beans.
10:00. Starving (not much fat in our dinner). Another cutie, tea with gelatin and coconut oil.

Day 55 LuRong Challenge

10:15. Last of the macadamia nuts. So glad they are gone! More coffee.

Day 54 LuRong Challenge

7:15. Green juice, I'm finally back to green juice, have decided maybe that is why I'm not feeling too great right now. Lemon water.
8:15. 3 eggs, 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco. Coffee.
10:00. A few macadamia nuts.
1:15. Grilled shrimp and spinach salad with hot bacon vinegarette. Water and 2 cups coffee.
3:00. More nuts.
5:30. First small taste of sugar today, I made a 2 minute Paleo pumpkin pie, so good! Only 1 T honey, 1/2 c pumpkin, 1 egg, 2 T coconut oil, baking powder, salt, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and 3 T almond flour. It said I could sub coconut flour, but I might try to just cut a little of the almond flour next time. I'm not normally a pumpkin pie fan, but this was not like anything I've had, plus it was a arm and it was all mine!
7:45. Sweet potato, leftover chili.
9:00. More nuts, cashew this time. Kiwi, 3 slices salami and kombucha and some water.

Day53 LuRong Challenge

8:00. Lemon water
9:00. 3 hb eggs, almost one avocado, mustard, onion, powder, 3 oz turkey. Coffee with gelatin and coconut oil.
11:00. Water
3:30. 8 oz turkey, broccoli, 2 T coconut oil.
5:30. 1/2 banana
7:15. 3 naked chicken tenders with medium sauce, part of a side salad with salsa for dressing. I just don't like their lettuce, didn't finish it. I really wasnt feeling so hot and didn't want to eat much.
8:30. Other half banana. It was for my post wod, but forgot it and had to go back and get it:(

11:00. Coffee with gelatin and coconut oil.
Water around 1:30
3:30. 8 oz turkey, broccoli, 2 T coconut oil.
8:45. Same as 8:00, only used most of a whole avocado.
10:00. Lemon water.

Day 51 LuRong Challenge

7:45. Lemon water, a little seltzer water.
8:30. 3 eggs hb, 2 100 cal packs of guacamole, mustard, 3 oz turkey, 1 T coconut oil.
9:00. Coffee with coconut oil.
12:30. Bottle of water
1:30. 8 oz turkey, broccoli and 2 T coconut oil. Coffee with coconut oil.
3:00. A lot of macadamia nuts. I wish I would've never bought those dumb things, they are too good.
7:30. 3 hb eggs, 3 oz turkey, 1 avocado, mustard, onion powder.
9:45. Lemon water.

Day 50 LuRong Challenge

9:00. 3 eggs, 1/2 an avocado, 1 T coconut oil, 3 oz turkey. Lemon water.
1:45. 8 oz turkey, broccoli, 2 T coconut oil. Lemon water.
7:30. Same as breakfast, only I used a 100 cal pack of guacamole.
I also had 60 oz water in addition to about 16 oz lemon water and a little organic seltzer water.
Pretty sure I will have some tea later. I'm frozen!
9:15. Tea with gelatin and coconut oil.

Day 49 LuRong Challenge (last 7 days)

12:30. 8 oz turkey, bunch of broccoli and 2 T coconut oil. Water.
5:30. A couple pieces smoked sausage.
7:00. 3 eggs (hb), 1/2 avocado, 3 oz turkey, mustard, onion, powder, salt and pepper. Lemon water.

Day 48 LuRong Challenge

6:45. Lemons water
7:00. 4 eggs, 3 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco.
8:00. Coffee wth gelatina and coconut oil, lots of macadamia nuts.
9:45-10:45. Maybe 2 1/2 small styrofoam cups of coffee and 1 of water.
1:00 or so. Homemade egg drop soup with leftover veggies and leftover chicken taco meat. I mixed it all together and it was pretty tasty.
4:00. Honey cinnamon almonds.
8:00. Chicken breast with homemade be and cole slaw (also hiomemade). Coffee with coconut oil. Water.

Day 47 LuRong Challenge

7:45. Lemon water
8:00. Green juice (it's been a long time)
8:30. 3 eggs, 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and tabasco.
10:00. Coffee with coconut oil.
12:30. Fajita chicken, onion, gr pepper, lettuce, guacamole, salsa, hot sauce. Water.
2:30. 2 handfuls macadamia nuts, 4 slices salami, coffee with coconut oil.
5:30. Chicken taco meat (homemade seasoning)
7:30. Carrots and salsa. 1 1/2 cups tea.
10:45. 2 hb eggs, 1/2 pepper and 100 cal pack of spicy guac (I like these pkgs bc the whole thing doesn't get brown. It isn't always enough, but it's easy and I can take it with me)

9:00. Coffee with coconut oil and gelatin.
12:00. 3 slices salami and macadamia nuts.
3:00. Coffee, I'm freezing!
7:30. Peel and eat shrimp, not sure how much, it was all you can eat, I ate a lot. Extra big salad instead of another side with oil and vinegar. 2 glasses water with lemon. 2 cups awesome coffee, still cold!
