Day 30/Day 17 LuRong
Had my weigh in for my office girls this morning, our office was down 87 pounds in 29 days!!!! So proud of them! Personally, I was down 8.6 pounds, not too shabby, though most of that is from the last 2 weeks of lurong.
7:30. Water, vitamins (I take them everyday, just don't post them), veggie, vitamin D, luriong living.
8:00. Coffee with gelatin
10:45. (No juice this morning, need to go to the grocery)3 eggs with 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco. Coffee.

Day 29/Day 16 LuRong Challenge

5:45. Pre workout-Tea coffee, it really is a real thing, with gelatin, coconut oil. Veggie vitamin
8:45. Bulletproof Coffee with gelatin. Water
10:45. Green juice
11:00. 3 eggs with 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco. A little more coffee, black.
2:45. 5 slices metro deli hard salami (uncured, no nitrates/nitrates, no sugar). Pkg of broccoli with coconut oil, salt, pepper, onion powder and balsamic vinegar. A little tuna salad with egg, homemade mayo.
6:45. 2 hot and sweet ginger and garlic chicken thighs (just realized I forgot the ginger), salad with veggie and oil and vinegar. Veggie blend with yellow squash, zucchini, onion, gp and rutabaga (not yummy in that mixture). Water.

Day 28/Day 15 LuRong challenge

8:00. Green juice
8:30. 3 eggs, 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco

10:30 coffee, black
2:30. Egg salad with 3 eggs, homemade mayo, mustard, onion. Pkg frozen broccoli.
Water
8:30. Salad with onion, cucumber, tomato, egg, oil and balsamic vinegar. Pork burger with mustard and onion. Brussel sprouts with garlic, onion powder, mrs dash extra spicy, coconut oil and balsamic vinegar. Water
I don't think I got all my water today, but I did my best.

Day 27/Day 14 LuRong challenge

9:30. 3 eggs, 2 slices bacon and Tabasco.
10:15. Coffee with gelatin, some water (wanted the whole thing, kids decided they were thirsty too), veggie vitamin
11:45. Water
Finished off 30 oz and got another 30 I'm working on now.
3:00. Leftover chili, decided I needed more veggie, thought broccoli would be ok in chili, it actually was. I added about a cup of raw broccoli and heated the chili and broccoli in the microwave for about 3 minutes. Tastiest broccoli I've had in awhile, couldn't even taste it really.d
7:00. Green juice
7:30. Taco salad with onion, egg, tomatoes, taco meat, hot sauce and homemade taco sauce. Water

Day 26/Day 13 Lurong

Still in Indi.
8:00. Green juice
8:15. 3 hb eggs, a couple pieces broccoli, I'm over it already. Coffee with gelatin and coconut oil.
9:00. Coffee at the conference, it was pretty thick looking, actually, not too bad.
1:30. Another salad at subway, bleh. I'm over those too. It actually tasted better than yesterday. I was super hungry. Water.
7:45. Hungry on the way back from Indi. We weren't hungry at 5:30 in Carmel, decided to drive until we got hungry. Steak & Shake, bacon burger, plain, add onion, mustard.. Side salad with tomato, carrots, and red cabbage, oil and vinegar. Water
9:20. Finally home, green juice I had frozen is now thawed, might as well get some more greens.

4:30. Hb egg, broccoli and a little guacamole.
6:00. Double chicken chopped salad with cucumber, gp, jalapeƱo, onion, tomato, oil and vinegar.
9:15. 3 small carrots
11:00. Am in Indi for a women's conference, supper was a long time ago. Hb, broccoli with more guac. Tea with gelatin and coconut oil.

Day 24/ Day 11 lurong

7:50. Green juice
8:15. 3 eggs, 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco. Little coffee, black.
1:30. Bad prep, 3 slices salami, veggie vitamin. Water.
3:30. Still hungry, 2 more slices salami.
Worked out, feeling lack of food and water:(
5:15. Lots of water. More things to do, no food.
7:30. Big chicken salad at wings, etc. Oil and vinegar. Water. It was freezing in there, I did not get all my water today. Can't be perfect all the time:)

Day 23/Day 10 Lurong

Went back to bed this AM after taking kids to school, so late start with food.
7:30. A little water
11:00. In a rush to get food for Brett since he had to get to work, so no juice yet. 3 eggs, 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco.
11:30-2:00. Finished my first 30oz water.
2:00. Greek juice
2:15. Coffee with gelatin and coconut oil
3:10. 3 slices salami and water.
4:00. Finished off second 30 oz of water.
7:30. Water
8:45. Egg salad with 3 eggs, onion. About 2/3 of sweet potato, cooked in coconut oil, with spicy seasoning. 1/2 red pepper and carrots with guacamole. Water.

Day 22/Day 9 Lurong challenge

Pre workout 6AM, nothing
8:00. Green juice
8:30. 3 eggs, 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach, Tabasco.
9:00. Bulletproof coffee with gelatin
10:30-12:00. 30 oz water
1:45. 3 slices salami, egg salad with 3 eggs, entire pkg of Brussel sprouts.
2:00. Water
2:45. More water.
6:15. Salad with yellow pepper, onion, grape tomato, cucumber, oil and balsamic vinegar. Chicken coated with arrowroot, garlice, onion powder, pepper, and egg. Broccoli with coconut oil and balsamic vinegar.
9:30. Tea with gelatin

Day 21/Day 8 Lurong Challenge

7:00 Pre wod-nothing
8:40 Green juice
9:00 3 eggs with 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and tabasco.
10:00 Bulletproof coffee, water.
12:30 working on my second 30oz of water.
1:30. Chicken with guacamole, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower. Ate about half the container of guac, good fat! Finished off my 60th oz of water.
4:00. Bulletproof coffee.
8:45. A little too long without eating, but it was worth it. Smoky bacon chili with 1/2 sweet potato with spicy seasoning, also, added a big scoop of coconut oil and mixed it. Water.

Day 20/Day 7 LuRong challenge (not sure where I messed up on this, but I think this is right)

10:15. Green juice
10:45. 3 eggs, 3 slices bacon (they are really thin in this pkg, that's why I'm suddenly having more), onion, spinach and frank's red hot), 2 cups coffee, black.
Water some time after 12:00
Around 2:30, I decided to workout. 500 walking lunge steps, ouch! And every 2 minutes, do 10 push-ups. Anyway, by 3:00, I need to eat. Boiled some eggs, but only had a little applesauce (with sweet potato and grape) and about 5 cashews. Water.
Around 9, I'm very hungry now. Rest of my leftover veggies from Wednesday, 1/2 sweet potato with spicy seasoning, egg salad made with 3 eggs, homemade mayo, mustard and salt and pepper. Water

Day 19/Day 6 LuRong challenge

Rough night=sleeping late=late breakfast
11:10. Green juice
11:30 3 eggs with 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco. Coffee and gelatin.
1:30. Little water
3:30. 2 hb eggs and 2 slices salami uncured, no sugar or nitrates or nitrites. Leftover veggies from last night and seed cookie from Crystal. Water
5:45-8:30. 2-3 glasses of cucumber/lemon infused water (at a birthday party with nothing but that for me to have, not even fruits or veggies!!!)
8:45. Starving, but lazy,2 slices salami and then, 3 eggs, 3 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco. Had a veggie vitamin before bed.

12:30. Out to hacienda, fajita salad, no corn, beans, cheese, croutons or tortilla strips, used salsa and not sauce as dressing. Water to drink.
7:30. Seed cookie (LuRong approved) x 2
8:30. Green juice and egg salad with onion. Water

Day 17/Day 4 LuRong challenge

The water is working! The weight is finally starting to come off

Preworkout- nothing
7:55. Green juice, water
8:25. 3 eggs with 2 slices bacon, onion, spainach and Tabasco.
9:00. Bottle of water, bulletproof coffee with gelatin.
11:30. More water 46 oz down
12:45. Rest of my leftover buffalo chicken pasta, so yummy.
Around 50 more oz water until 3:00
Preworkout #2, oh yeah, I did a LuRong wod as my second workout today, it was brutal! I did not eat anything preworkout.
7:30. Out to bw3s, 6 naked tenders with mild sauce, side salad (no croutons or cheese), balsamic dressing. 1 1/2 glasses water (they were big!
By 8:45, I know I didn't have any fat for dinner, kind of hungry;(
9:30. Tea with gelatin and coconut oil.

Day 16/Day 3 LuRong Challenge

I was so tired this morning, I went back to bed at 7:45 this morning and slept until 10:45!!!! Guess I needed it!
So, food was delayed this morning.
11:00. Green juice
11:30. 3 eggs with 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco.
60 oz water down throughout the morning!
5:40. Pretty bad headache, not sure why, kind of hungry now, 5 slices salami, more water. Trying a new recipe for dinner, I'll let you know how it turns out!
8:45. 2 pieces hot and sweet chicken (it is so good and easy!!), mixed veggies (zucchini, yellow squash, onion, red and yellow pepper, asparagus), and a big salad with kohlrabi, tomato, egg, yellow pepper, cucumber, carrot, vinegar and oil.
I am on my 120th oz of water today! Probably won't have too much more, but 2 days with all my water, woo hoo!!!
