Day 47 LuRong Challenge

7:45. Lemon water
8:00. Green juice (it's been a long time)
8:30. 3 eggs, 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and tabasco.
10:00. Coffee with coconut oil.
12:30. Fajita chicken, onion, gr pepper, lettuce, guacamole, salsa, hot sauce. Water.
2:30. 2 handfuls macadamia nuts, 4 slices salami, coffee with coconut oil.
5:30. Chicken taco meat (homemade seasoning)
7:30. Carrots and salsa. 1 1/2 cups tea.
10:45. 2 hb eggs, 1/2 pepper and 100 cal pack of spicy guac (I like these pkgs bc the whole thing doesn't get brown. It isn't always enough, but it's easy and I can take it with me)

Day 46 LuRong Challenge

7:30. Lemon water
8:15. 3 eggs, onion, spinach and Tabasco.
9:00. Coffee with coconut oil and gelatin.
12:00. 3 slices salami and macadamia nuts.
3:00. Coffee, I'm freezing!
7:30. Peel and eat shrimp, not sure how much, it was all you can eat, I ate a lot. Extra big salad instead of another side with oil and vinegar. 2 glasses water with lemon. 2 cups awesome coffee, still cold!

Day 45 LuRong Challenge

10:00. 3 eggs, 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco. Lemon water.
11:00. Coffee with coconut oil.
3:15. Egg salad.
4:00. A couple pieces jerky
8:00. An upset tummy, lemon water.
9:00. 1 1/2 pork burgers with salad with lots of veggies and an egg. Yellow squash, zucchini, onion.
9:45. Tea with gelatin and coconut oil.

Day 44 Lurong challenge

Pre wod- nothing
7:15. Post wod- 1/2 banana.
8:45. Coffee with gelatin and coconut oil.
10:20. A few bites egg salad
11:45. 3 eggs with 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco. A little more coffee.
3:00. 4 slices salami, macadamia nuts.
7:00. Carrots, cauliflower, cucumber and broccoli. Pineapple, watermelon, strawberries, grapes. Water.
9:30. Chicken, homemade back, coleslaw. Water.

Day 43 LuRong Challenge

7:00. Pre wod #1- lemon water with gelatin
8:00. Post wod- nothing
8:30. Pre wod #2- hb egg, small drink of fruity green juice, coffee with gelatin, coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg and turmeric (put way too much in, note, 1 tsp is too much!
10:15. Post wod#2- nothing
11:30. 3 eggs, 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco.
2:30. Maybe 4 oz stew meat, in coconut oil. Had to make it was still good, it's 4 yrs old!!! Still tastes amazing.
5:00. Pre wod#3- 1/2 banana
6:30. Post wod#4- other half banana, water and a carrot stick dipped in something I can't remember at Myra's wild tree freezer meal workshop. It was Lurong approved.
9:00. Egg salad (maybe 3 eggs), I made 8, didn't take half, so I figured it was 3:) with homemade mayo, onion, and mustard. Lemon water.

Day 42 Lurong challenge

Day 41 LuRong challenge

Last day here:(
8:30. 3 eggs, 2 slices bacon. Coffee with coconut oil.
1:00. Brat with mustard. Salad with celery, carrot, vinegar. Carrots.
4:30. Carrots and celery. Piece of turkey jerky, it was hot! Macadamia nuts, I forget how good they are! Prob why I don't buy them:)
6:00. First stop. Coffee, too hot to drink. 2 pieces salami.
7:30, I think. 2 hb eggs, 3 pieces jerky (no crap)
9:30. Second stop (actually third, had second stop about 10 minutes after first, for my neice), chickfila, 12 grilled nuggets, fruit cup, unsweetened ice tea (had very little, didn't want to have to stop on my acct). A few honey cinnamon almonds.
Didn't stop again until 4am. At some point I had 2 more hb eggs. Coffee with coconut oil at this stop.
Got home at 9:30am, had lots of macadamia nuts. At 10:30, I had 2 pieces of jerky (with no crap). Going to start a new day even though I posted some of today of this post, hope that's not too confusing, I'm going on about an hour of sleep.

Day 40 LuRong Challenge (can't believe there is only 16 days left!!!)

10:30. Juice glass of fruity green juice, 3 eggs, 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach, Tabasco. Coffee with coconut oil, a few pieces pineapple.
2:00. 2 hb eggs, 6 small slices salami (it's the serving size, they are pretty small), a few pieces pineapple.
5:30. The last three pieces of pineapple.
6:00. A few cashews.
7:45. Salad with oil and vinegar. Seafood kabobs, shrimp, mahi mahi, gr pepper, onion, tomato. Zucchini, yellow squash, carrot. Sweet potato fries. 2 glasses water, 2 cups coffee.
10:30. Tea with gelatin and coconut oil.

8:45. Sip Of fruity green juice
10:20. Post wod-green kombucha
11:00. 3 eggs, 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach, tabasco. Coffee with coconut oil.
3:10. 2 hb eggs, 6 small slices salami, fruity green juice with coconut oil, that was strange since it did not melt, but at least it was good.
4:30. Water
6:00. Cashews
8:30. Whole sweet potato!! Chicken, so good, asparagus, salad with lots of veggies, oil and vinegar. Water.

Day 37 LuRong Challenge

Got my butt kicked at rfs cross fit this morning! Wowsa!
10:15. Post wod- 3 pieces pineapple
10:45. 3 eggs, 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach, Tabasco. Coffee with gelatin and coconut oil.
11:30. Water
4:00. Hb egg, small drink of fruity green juice, little coffee with coconut oil. Water
6:30. 4 stone crab claws, 6 oz grouper, blackened (the fresh kind, we're in Florida), green beans (I know, I'm not supposed to have them on LuRong, but they were awesome! Sautéed kale, very good, house salad, oil and vinegar, it had cashews on it, yummy! Water.
9:00. Almonds.
9:30. Tea with gelatin

Day 36 Lurong Challenge

8:45. Pre wod- a little sip of fruity green juice
10:30. Post wod-banana, 3 eggs, 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach, Tabasco. Coffee with gelatin and coconut oil. Water
12:30. Water
5:30 (yes, I skipped lunch, we were at the beach and just really kind of forgot about it) hb egg, sip of fruity green juice, almonds. Water.
7:30. About 1/2 pound of peel and eat shrimp. Big salad with lettuce, chicken, eggs, avocado, bacon, tomatoes, oil and vinegar.
10:00. Tea with gelatin and coconut oil.

Day 35 LuRong challenge

9:45. 3 eggs, 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and tabasco. Coffee with gelatin and coconut oil. Small glass of store bought green juice (mostly fruit, but it was very good)
11:30. Post workout Hb egg, 2 pieces pineapple, 2 frozen grapes, most of a banana (shared with my niece), about 5 cashew pieces. Water.
2:30. 2 hb eggs, 1/2 avocado, mustard and leftover chicken. Water
8:00. Kobe burger (yummy), mustard, ketchup, onion, salad with cucumber, egg, tomato, green onion, red pepper, oil and balsamic vinegar. A mixture of yellow squash, zucchini, red onion and red pepper. Water.

Not sure where day 32 went...
Day 33 and 34 LuRong challenge

8:00. 3 eggs, 3 slices bacon, tabasco. Coffee with gelatin and coconut oil.
Water
12:15. Big salad from martins, lettuce, spinach, onion, cucumber, cabbage, carrots, egg, chicken, jalapeño, oil and vinegar. Coffee and water.
1:30. Water
4:45. 2 slices salami (finally left for Florida and I'm hungry already!!!!)
5:05. A few frozen grapes (less than 10, I didn't count though)
7:30, maybe? It's all a blur now. 3 more slices salami, more grapes.
8:30. First stop.
9:00. Coffee
12:30am. 2nd stop 2 pieces of jerky (gas station actually had crap free jerky!!!), more coffee, added coconut oil this time, I am starving! A few cashews. Couple sips of naked juice.
3:45. 3rd stop, kids final sleeping. Another piece of jerky.
7:00. 4th stop, more coffee with coconut oil, hb egg. First time driving, ouch. In need of an adjustment and a massage.:(
9:30. A little more naked juice. Shared it with Brett, pretty sure I didn't even have half the bottle.
11:30. 3 pieces bacon (I say pieces bc I'm not sure they were whole), a little bit of scrambled eggs.
Around 4:30 or so, I had a hb egg, chicken and a few cashews.
6:15. Got invited to dinner, lasagna, not going to happen, ate more chicken and another hb egg, a few frozen grapes While there, I had 2 salads with onion, lettuce, carrot, Granny Smith apple.
9:00. Cup of coffee with gelatin, coconut oil. I also had a pieces of pineapple. Made no difference that I had coffee at 9pm, I was asleep by 9:30!!!

Day 31 LuRong Challenge

8:30. 3 eggs, 3 oz turkey, 2 T coconut oil, tabasco. Lemon water. Coffee with coconut oil.
1:45. Water.
4:30. 8 oz turkey, 2 T coconut oil, 2 c broccoli.
9:15. 3 eggs, 1/2 avocado, 3 oz turkey, 1 T coconut oil. Water.
