Starting a Whole30 today. Just off track and feel like this will help. I am only up 1 pound (shockingly)so this may be just what I need to get back on track.

8:15 Water and green juice.
9:15 3 eggs with onion and spinach.(no bacon today)
9:30 Coffee with coconut oil
10:30 Water

Kind of dropped the ball on this food log, and my food in general. I haven't had grains, but a lot of sugar :( I will keep up so as to not fall completely off the wagon.

8:15 2 eggs, 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and tabasco. Water
8:45 Coffee
10:00 2 dixie cups of peanuts and a snack size milk duds (there were 4 in the pkg), so far, not so good today :(

8:45. Coffee with gelatin
11:45. Out to china buffet, I know, right? Anyway, salad with ranch and sunflower seeds. A coule different chicken and beef dishes, no rice. But I did have 3 pieces of sushi and they were wrapped in rice, very little though. Wanted some fruit, took a piece of cantelope, 2 pieces pineapple, and 2 large strawberries, I ate a bite of each, not very good. Oh and took a bowl of egg drop soup, tasted funny, didn't eat it. Water.

12:45. Green juice. Water
4 gluten free cookies.
2:00. Rest of my chicken with BBQ and cole slaw. Coffee.
A couple more cookies. Not sure what I was thinking buying more of those cursed cookies!!!
3:00 2 squares dark choc, almond butter. Honey cinnamon almonds
4:00. 4 slices salami, slice of cheese.
5:30. Out to a fundraiser, port a pit, had chicken, pulled pork, a couple bites potato salad, glass of water.
7:00. One choc mint, it was quite small.
9:30. Clementine, tea with gelatin and coconut oil.

3:00. A little potato salad. 3 slices cheese. 2 squares dark choc with almond butter.
6:15. Handful honey cinnamon almonds,
9:30. Chicken with homemade BBQ and homemade coleslaw.
10:30. Tea with gelatin.

Morning, gluten free cookie dough, and I was going to be good today, ugh.
9:30. Green juice, little coffee
Worked out, sort of, I tried DT at home, why does the weight seem heavier at home. I managed 4 rds at 85#.
12:00. 5 dark choc almonds.
1:15. Spaghetti squash and sauce, chicken sausage. Coffee (3rd time it's heated up, not near as good as fresh.)
2:00. More gluten free cookies, at least they are all gone!
Made myself work out again, guilt, yes.
4:30. Water
5:15. Coffee with gelatin and coconut oil.
7:15. A few handfuls of honey nut chex.
9:15. About 3 eggs with 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco. Water.
9:45. Tea with gelatin.

Got up at 5:30 and wodded at 6:00! Feel great today!
8:30. Coffee with gelatin
9:30. About 3 eggs with 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco. More coffee. Need water, I am now behind.
Around 1:45. I am getting hungry. A few bites potato salad, 6 slices salami with 2 slices cheese. I've been told to try adding a little dairy to try to help increase my strength...
Helped coach a class tonight, it was fun!:)
6:45. On my way to a bball game, about 1\2 smoothie.
9:15. Just about the rest of the smoothie. Spaghetti squash with roasted red pepper chicken sausage and sauce with crushed red pepper. Sooo yummy, not sure if it was because I am so hungry or it is just that good!
10:00. Tea with gelatin.
So, today was a better day than yesterday. No choc or nuts today, go me!

8:30. Still not feeling the greatest, still feverish, but had my eggs anyway, but only had 2 with 2 slices bacon, onion, and spinach with Tabasco. Water.
9:45. Coffee.
2:45. 6 slices salami with 2 slices cheese. 2 squares dark choc with almond butter.
7:30. 3 slices grain free pizza plus 1 crust. Water.
9:45. Tea with gelatin and coconut oil.

All in all, not a bad day, but that great of a day either. I missed out on a lot of veggies today, not missed out, just didn't eat them. Better tomorrow.

10:00. About 3 eggs, 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco. Didn't finish, not feeling well, really tired, sore neck, swollen glands, headache, etc. coffee.
Ended up,spending day on the couch, had a fever and it broke, now,sneezing my head off and stuffed up.
After I woke up the second time, I was hungry. It was about 4:45. I had 4 slices salmi and 2 slices cheese. Then I took a shower and ate some dark choc and almond butter.
Came back home around 7:15. Made the boys gluten free pancakes while I had 2 handfuls of m&ms;! I then made a smoothie and ate it around 8:30.
9:00. Tea with gelatin.

So, no joke, need to get sipome clean days in this week. My willpower is waning. I can do this!

12:45. Tuscan chicken salad with broccoli, banana pepper, green pepper, onion, oil and vinegar. There was cheese, since it doesn't bother me, I'm ok with eating sometimes:). About 2 cups coffee, about 2 bigger cups water. 1 French fry.
2:00. Handful honey cinnamon almonds.
It's 3:00 now, going to workout before. Eat any more sugar...
I did work out, then I ate pb and choc chips and a sweet and salty granola bar.
Went out to bw3s, had salad with balsamic and 6 naked tandems with medium sauce and big easy sauce. Water and coffee.
Around 11 we decided to go,to the lake! It was fun everyone working together to get ready quickly.
About 12:15. I and tea with gelatin, forgot my coconut oil, I was hungry.

Ugh, what a day. Started out well, then, you'll see.
7:30. Pre wod- green juice, hb egg
9:30. Coffee
11:45. Double chicken chopped salad from subway, oil and vinegar and hot sauce, all the veggies except pickles. 2 glasses water.
3:00. Two pieces dark choc with almond butter, dark choc almonds, honey cinnamon almonds, cashews and sweet and salty granola bar. 6 slices salami with 2 slices cheese.
6:00. Feeling horrible about what I did...ham and salami sandwich (almond bread) with mustard and a slice cheese.
7:30. Coffee
10:00. Jerky. Tea with gelatin and coconut oil, water.

10:15. A couple small handfuls of cashews and 7 honey cinnamon almonds.
10:45. 3 eggs with 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach, Tabasco. Coffee with gelatin.
1:30. Water
2:20. Sugar attack, again, 2 squares dark choc (72%) dipped in almond butter, handful of dark choc almonds.
3:45. Gluten free toast with natural pb and jelly, cereal bar (sweet and salty) and choc almond butter (like Nutella but with almonds)
7:15. Out to wings etc. big salad with chicken, egg, bacon and tomato, oil and vinegar. Water x2. A few French fries, prob, no definitely too many. Especially with everything else I ate today:(. Anyway, tomorrow's a new day. Clean again!
9:00. Tea with gelatin and coconut oil.

7:15. Green juice

Since I woke at 4:30 and didn't go back to sleep, went back to bed around 9:30 and slept an hour or so. Still feel like crap.
11:30. 3 eggs with 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and Tabasco. Coffee with gelatin.
12:45. Sugar attack, I caved, of course. Hey, I was clean for 2 days, and I could've been worse. 2 squares dark choc with almond butter. About 5 honey cinnamon almonds, about 7 dark choc almonds.
4:00. Carrots and guac, smoothie, coffee with gelatin.
6:00. Water
8:45. Grilled ham with potato salad. Salad with egg and bacon, dressing made with olive oil, lime juice, Dijon and some seasonings. Water.
9:30. Tea with gelatin and coconut oil.

Woo hoo, 3 glasses water today! That is awesome for me. Trying to drink more water than coffee or tea.

2 hr delay, boy this is getting old! Stayed in bed until 8:45, not really sleeping, but didn't want to get up either.

9:30 3 eggs with 2 slices bacon, onion, spinach and tabasco. A few blueberries. Coffee with gelatin.
10:30 Water (have totally fallen off the wagon with my water. Got 2 big glasses in yesterday, really need to get better again.)
11:30. More water
12:30. Coffee

5:00. Green juice
9:30. Hb egg, 4 slices salami, Smoothie (coconut milk, blueberries, strawberries, cherries, peaches, about 1 cup, protein powder) (skipped the cashew butter this time, in an attempt to be clean 2 days in a row!!!). Water. Tea with gelatin.
