Here we go again. Month 3. Slept good last night. Got to bed around 11:30 and up at 7. Up once through the night.

9:45 - bacon wrapped chicken and pepperoncinis, bacon wrapped apricots and almonds, raw veggies

Happy New Year to everyone! Went to bed around midnight. Up once at 5:45 and then up for the day at 11:30.

1:15 - 2 eggs in evoo, some fruit
4:15 - spinach and lettuce salad w/celery, carrot, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, yellow pepper, some bacon wrapped chicken/pepperinocinis and almonds/apricots
8:15 - some bacon wrapped chicken/pepperinocinis and almonds/apricots, Cali blend, 2 bites melon

Went to bed around 11. Slept pretty good. Up a couple times. Out of bed at 9.

11:15 - 2 eggs in evoo, watermelon and berries
3:15 - 1/2 chicken breast, 1/4 avocado, Cali blend veggies
6:30 - some fruit and veggies, some bacon wrapped chicken and pepperoncinis, and bacon wrapped almonds and apricots, some shrimp

Slept horrid. Moved to a chair in the living room around midnight because I was coughing so bad. Slept on and off in the chair until 5:15. Let the dogs out and tried laying down in bed again. Slept a bit until I just decided it wasn't worth trying any longer. Up at 8 for the day. Hoping a nap is in my future today.

10:25 - 2 eggs done in evoo, some watermelon and berries
2:15 - grilled chicken salad
6:45 - salad w/roast beef, 1/4 yellow pepper, 8 cherry tomatoes, 1/4 avocado, 5 slices cucumber

Have to add, when asking my 2 youngest what they wanted for dinner, they told me they wanted to eat healthy tonight, so I let them pick out their food. They picked chicken breast, Cali blend veggies and some fruit (berries and watermelon). I thought they did a really good job. They also drink water a lot now because they want to be healthy like Mommy and that's all I drink. wink. What a silent impression we make on our children. Makes me realize how careful we should be in every other aspect of our lives. So proud of them.

Went to bed around 11. Up with alarm. Really feel horrible today so just glad I got up to workout. Came home and went back to bed. Didn't get back out of bed until 11:20. I'm fighting something.

6:15 - banana post WOD
12:20 - 2 eggs in evoo, 2 pieces bacon, some berries and watermelon
4:15 - salad w/1/4 avocado, 1/4 red pepper, 5 slices cucumber, bacon
7:20 - 1/2 chicken breast baked with some salsa on top, some Cali blend, some watermelon and berries

Went to bed around 11. Slept ok. Up with alarm. Back to bed after workout but hardly slept. Coming down with something that is hitting me hard. Really hoping I can beat it soon.

3:00 - salad w/1/4 avocado, 1/4 red pepper, 4 slices cucumber, 1/4 roast beef
8:30 - 1/2 chicken breast, 5 slices cucumber, 1/4 red pepper, some watermelon

Went to bed around 11. Up a couple times and then up w/alarm at 4:22. Went back to bed after workout. Oil me forever to fall asleep and then got out of Ed around 9:30. This is just too funny to change but I will say what I was trying to say. It took me forever to fall asleep and then got out of bed.

Went to bed around 10:30. Up a lot through out the night. Body in a lot of pain. One day and my body knows it. Not sure if I'll ever allow myself an entire day off again. Finally gave up around 6:30.

9:20 - 2 eggs, 1/4 avocado, 1 T salsa
12:30 - 1/2 cup turkey breast, 1/4 orange pepper, 6 slices cucumber
3:15 - spinach salad w/1/4 cup roast beef, 1/4 orange pepper, 6 slices cucumber, evoo and balsamic vinegar dressing
7:00 - 1/2 cup roast beef, 1/2 baked potato, salad w/6 slices cucumber, 1/4 orange pepper

1:45 - some berries (had to spread this out due to being out shopping)
6:00 - my 3rd cheat. Not going to keep track of what I'm eating because I'll be at a party all night. I know there will be alcohol and when I drink, I stop eating. So it shouldn't be that bad.

Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. With the exception of alcohol, I did not cheat. The food I ate was what I could eat. So shocked that I didn't fill my plate with bad stuff.

12:15 - spinach salad w/1 piece turkey, 3 cherry tomatoes, 6 slices cucumber, evoo and balsamic vinegar dressing
7:30 - turkey w/ 1 T salsa and 1/6 avocado, some berries

Went to bed around 10:30. Up once throughout the night then awake at 6 for the day. I have so much to do today, not sure how I will fit it all in. Gonna try real hard and pray it happens.

9:30 - 2 slices lean turkey lunch meat, 6 slices cucumber (cracker), 1/4 avocado (cheese), some cantaloupe and blueberries
1:20 - spinach salad w/3 slices lean turkey lunch meat, 1/4 orange pepper, 2 small tomatoes, 1/4 avocado, 4 slices cucumber
5:15 - a few cheese and crackers and shrimp with cocktail sauce
7:20 - made a plate for my 4 year old then ate it. That way, I knew my portions would be small. Turkey, corn casserole, green bean casserole, stuffing, mashed potato w/gravy, 1 roll, coffee with a bit of cream. This was my second cheat. My portion sizes were probably 2 T or less. Everything tasted great but I got full really quickly.

Went to bed around 10. Didn't sleep well at all. Usually don't on Sunday nights. Up a couple times and waiting for the alarm to go off.

1:45 - 1 sweet italian turkey sausage fried in evoo w/onions, yellow, orange, and red peppers, some honeydew melon
8:45 - 1 turkey burger w/1 T salsa and avocado, 8 slices cucumber w/salsa, some berries

Went to bed around 11, up at 8. Woke several times throughout the night.

10:00 - 2 eggs fried in evoo, 2 small tomatoes, some berries and melons
12:00 - This turned into one of my cheats. I frosted Christmas cookies with the kids today and there were several that broke. Just couldn't help myself. Couldn't just throw them away. wink Funny though, really felt kinda sick after the job was done. Needed a bunch of water to take the sickly sweet taste out of my mouth.
3:15 - 2 leaves romaine lettuce, 2 slices lean turkey lunch meat, 1/4 orange pepper, 2 slices avocado, 1 small tomato, 10 cubes watermelon
6:30 - 1 turkey burger fried in evoo, a little bit of Cali blend, 4 slices of cucumber, 2 t salsa avocado mix
