Went to bed around 11. Up two times then for good when the alarm went off at 6:40.
8:15 - 1/2 banana(gave the other half to Lynnsey since she didn't listen to me and didnt grab one for herself when we walked out the door this morning) post WOD
10:00 - 2 eggs over easy, 1/6 avocado, 6 slices cucumber
3:30 - spinach salad w/2 slices lean turkey lunch meat, 2 small tomatoes, 1/4 orange pepper, 5 slices cucumber, 1 slice red onion, a little bit of cauliflower, shredded carrots, 15 roasted almonds, some berries and melon
8:00 - a little salad, 2 chicken/pepperchini wrapped in bacon, pulled pork, 2 of Carole's cookies, 4 pieces of shrimp

No gym workout today, but Lynnsey wants me to do a "dance" game with her so that will be some cardio for today. That's what I really need work on, I think. At least the jump ropes kill me and I'd think those are somewhat cardio. Planning on coming to the community workout tomorrow with Lynnsey and her boyfriend, Zach. Looking forward to it. Sorry, supposed to be on my workout log.

In bed around 9:30. Sleep came quickly. Up once around 5 when my body and mind thought we should be going to the gym. I scolded them and rolled over until the alarm went off at 7.
Next, I know this is wrong, but I was running errands all morning and didn't get a chance to eat until lunch time.
9:45 - coffee
1:00 - two romaine lettuce leaves, 2 pieces lean chicken lunch meat, 1/4 yellow pepper, 2 half slices avocado
7:30 - 2 sweet Italian turkey sausage cooked in evoo w/red, yellow and orange peppers, red onions, some California blend veggies

In bed around 9:30. Up once then back to sleep until alarm at 4:22. So very glad tomorrow is an off day. Didn't enjoy crawling out of bed this morning.
On a side note, I have talked my 19 year old daughter to do the Whole 30 with me for 30 days just to see what happens. She's going to take the same cheats as I am, but I think she'll be very happy with the results. Now comes the fun part of making things she'll like. She's a carb overloader!

7:00 - chicken breast baked w/evoo, tomatoes, onions, yellow squash, zucchini

Went to bed around 10. Up once, then up when the alarm went off at 4:22. Feeling much better today, especially after the workout. My back really loosened up.
6:15 - 1/2 an apple (found out the other half was rotten when I went to eat it)
9:40 - 2 slices lean turkey lunch meat, 1/4 avocado, 7 slices cucumber, half a fist of cauliflower
1:30 - spinach salad w/1 small tomato, 1/4 avacoda, 4 slices cucumber, 1/4 yellow pepper, some cauliflower, some carrots, roast beef
7:30 - small chicken breast baked with evoo, tomatoes, onions yellow squash, zucchini, small amount of California blend veggies

Back very sore from yesterday's WOD. Hot tub helped tremendously, but after a while it got stiff again. Went to bed around 10. Slept really well until about 5:30. That's probably because I really should have been getting up but I talked myself into staying in bed. Finally got out of bed around 7:20.
9:30 - 2 eggs scrambled w/1/4 avocado, 2 slices red onion, some spinach, 1 T salsa
1:30 - small pork chop, 3 brussel sprouts, 4 baby carrots, few pieces of cauliflower and broccoli, 1/2 sweet potato
8:00 - small bit of roast beef, 3 brussel sprouts, small amount of California blend veggies

I know I didn't eat enough yesterday. I will try to not do that again. I had way to much going on and didn't fit food into the mix. Went to bed around 10:30. Up once, then when the alarm went off at 4:22. Wish it would have been longer.

Well, last night did not go as planned. It was my husband's Christmas party and I had planned to use one of my cheats. About 5 minutes from the location of the party we get a phone call from Lynnsey hysterical saying Brennan has cracked his head open (again) and we turned around to go home. Deeper than I felt comfortable fixing so we went to the ER to get stitches. Needless to say, I didn't eat my 4th meal. Oops
Went to bed around 11:30. Up at 6:30 to the cat crying to get downstairs to the litter box. Back to sleep until around 8.
9:40 - 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/4 red pepper, 1/4 avocado
4:30 - roast beef, 8 brussel sprouts, 1/2 sweet potato

Went to bed around 9:30. Woke up when Lynnsey got home. Woke up again when she came in to tell us she was going to the neighbors and didn't know if she'd be back. Woke up again when Brennan started coughing really bad. Got him medicine and stayed up with him for 1 1/2 hours until he could fall back to sleep. Woke up again around 5:45. Woke up again when Kennadie came in and told us it was morning time at 7. Guess sleep wasn't anything important for me last night. Hoping tonight might see less interruptions.

Went to bed around 9:15. Slept awesome! Woke up 1 or 2 tines.

Went to bed around 8:30 thinking I was going to sleep like the dead. Started out that way until Brennan woke me up coughing something awful. Up for an hour with him trying to make him comfortable and help the coughing to go away. Finally back to sleep until a few minutes before the alarm went off.

Stayed up late to watch Rick on the news. Feeling that decision this morning. Really dragging in my workout this morning. Went to bed around 11:30. Up once at 3:15, then up for day when alarm went off at 4:22. Plan to go to bed nice and early tonight!

12:50 - 2 leaves romaine lettuce wrapping 3 slices lean turkey lunch meat, 3 slices roma tomatoes, 2 slices cucumber, 1/4 avocado, 1 slice red onion, 1/4 orange pepper
5:25 - small amount roast beef, California blend veggies, 1/4 avocado
9:00 - 1/2 chicken breast, zucchini, yellow squash, onions, tomatoes all baked with evoo

Went to bed around midnight after State loss. They played well. Bet number 9 feels pretty bad for accidentally running into the kicker. Up twice then up around 9:15 for the day.
