B-3 eggs scrambled with sausage,
L-4 chicken thighs, cup of broc.
D-2 hamburger, 2 cups of broc. and hand full of almond

* note to self, dont forget the 9:30 meal tomorrow*

4 o'clock I have 4 eggs annapolis 5 almonds
840 3 piece the check in an apple 5 almonds
noon 4 pieces a chicken in orange 6 almonds
7 o'clock workout shake
9 o'clock chop steak cabbage 10 almonds

I did with this with my voice speaking phone app I wonder why you missed spellwords while I talk lol ing out loud

cool smile 2/12 cool smile

i had little sleep this weekend... and did not keep track of times i eat this weekend.... i dont know i think i need something better to help keep me focused on the weekends...

this weekend i eating nothing but 3 dozen free roaming fresh delicious eggs...i made chxkn and cabbage for Hanna and i( she makes fun of the way i spell i told her i need a good secritarry)....apples and cashews and almonds and sunflower seeds....

my times will b back tomorrow... my focus is better in the gym.... cool grin cool grin

cool grin eat what ever i want till friday cool grin

i received a notice today that nutrition requirements will be discussed on Friday....so to tonight i'll go to all the 7-11 in town looking for the perfect twinkie.... cool grin cool grin


if u believe that i really do need to become a car salesman.... im eating right... just on the run.... kinda munched all day... when i say munched... i mean a protein, a good carb, and a good fat...today it was hb eggs, apples, and almonds...for supper tonight had chxkn breast, plate o cabbage, and almonds.... today i went extreme and added sunflower seed to my almonds... i never counted but it was a small 1/2 handful...i did snack on baby carrots and celery a few times but had the hg eggs and almonds with each snack....

830 roast beef on a plate o cabbage and onion, 6 almonds


i usually leave the writing to the workout logs.... i mean you can see the biggest reaction from my food is that i cluck alot more... wait what did you think i was going to say.... i eat alot of chkn... i cluck... and fart ok.....but after losing 118 lbs... i need a reminder of why i eat like this now.... i was slugish and slow all day... i believe my wods suffered today cuz of the fuel i fill up with this week-end.....well i feel right now like i'm almost back....
