Went to the moringa tree cafe in Elkhart
Had their original smoothie- not something I would normally eat because it had brown rice protein but I really wanted try it:0) so I did. It was delicious.
Also tried their organic blue chips and delicious avocado.

Went to dc meats for their BBQ. Didn't want their BBQ sauce as I have no idea what's in it so got the pulled pork and brought it home and put my own BBQ on it.
Also had 1/3 sweet potato w sugar free applesauce and cinnamon.

Made homemade paleo strawberry ice cream!!!!
So delicious and only berries, coconut milk, vanilla, honey, and eggs!!!
The kids loved it as well- this is a keeper!!!

So, went to bed late last night around 11....starving as I laid there. Should of known it would be a long night. Besides not feeling well and unable to breathe it was hot and I couldn't sleep...hungry...hot...sick...not a good combo. I know the three times I got up to potty poor little Theo was sleeping on the bathroom floor...his night was as rough as mine:0) When alarm sounded at 4:45 I may have cried....and that is what woke Jim...he went in and coached the hospital for me.

Still starving when I woke up at 4:45 I had trouble falling back to sleep so I laid there in and out of sleep until 7:15.

Ok, it's 9 o clock and I'm starving and a bit irritated with this cold. I seriosuly can't remember the last time I was sick for this long. I am looking for comfort food....so seek and ye shall find.....

I do not regret it one little bit.
It's the first time I've been full all day.

followed up by 4 jelly beans. Which I hid from myself yesterday morning....apparently I am not good at hiding because I found them. Jim laughs at me when I do stupid shit like this....I try to trick myself.....

I scrambled eggs with pork sage sausage - 1 pound of pork and 8 eggs. I ate a serving.

Jim wanted to take me to the outlet malls...so I packed some goodies for the ride. Trail mix and figs.
I ate my trail mix and about 3 figs while we drove out to Michigan City. Sipped on some water.
Feeling a little cranky today...not really in the mood to eat.
I haven't been able to workout since my competition and then wodded Monday and Wednesday...it's been days since I worked out and that just makes me grumpy. Poor Jim, he was so good to me.

Around 5:00 our time I was STARVING!! There was a hot dog stand...I got a hot dog WITH a bun, and mustard and relish. I was either RAVISHED or it was that good...not sure which but honestly can't remember I had a hot dog from a hot dog stand AND ate the bun. LOL.

Stopped at Martin's on our way home, didn't feel like thawing anything out when we got home. Bought some ground turkey...
For dinner I made Turkey burgers on the grill - I added tomato, avocado, and "lemonaisse (mayonsaiise without soy) and spicy mustard.
I also chopped a yellow pepper, onion, zuchinni, and yellow squash - put on some spices and oil and grilled them in my grilling pan. These were amazing BUT the best part of our WHOLE meal was the sweet potato hunks.
I took 1 large sweet potato and split it between the two of us. I peeled it and put it in alluminum foil with a dabble of coconut oil and a sprinkle of cinnamon. This was the first thing I put on the grill. For the majority of the time (1/2 hour) I put them on the top shelf of the grill and just let them steam...but then for the last 15 minutes I put them down by the flame....and let me tell you how good they were. I can't explain how good they were!!!
The potatos on the top were soft and yummy with a hint of coconut oil and cinnamon....but when you got to the bottom they were a little crispy and stuck to the foil...OH MY GOODNESS....i will never cook sweet potatoes in the oven again. Grill forever baby!!!

My hubby was so happy with dinner...it's funny he spoiled me by taking me shopping and I wanted to spoil him back by cooking him a good dinner.

We were both successful.

While watching a movie I ate my Ben and Jerry's:0) My cheat for the weekend...well minus the hot dog.
