Day 15 Lurong Challenge

I passed out cold on the couch last night sometime around 10:30....vaguely remember going to bed. I purposely set my alarm for like 11 am and told myself that I was going to sleep until I was too hungry and then I could get up and eat. The first time I woke up it was 7:51 and I was a little pissy that I couldn't even manage to sleep in until 9...then must have fallen back to sleep and woke up at 8:30.
10 hours I'd say I finally feel normal...in the sleep department that is.

Lurong Day 7

So, I fell asleep on the couch last night by 9:30....Jim drug me to bed at midnight and I seriously slept until 8:30 this morning giving me approx 11 hours of sleep as I have no recollection of getting in our bed. I was SO tired....They say you can't "catch up" on sleep. But it felt good to get a full night.

coffee w. coconut cream x 2
2 scrambled eggs and avocado

12:30
paleo biscuit w. sausage gravy
and small portion of scrambled eggs

2:30
while working with Bran on math - grapes and this yummy date/coconut concoction from Meijer's.

4:30
Then Brooke, Bran and I decided to make some kitchen yummies.
We made trail mix - and our own version of blueberry laraballs.

So, of course I tested all of that....

8:30
leftover chicken sausage and cabbage soup
1/2 tomato w/ pepper
