perhaps this is where it becomes a disaster I have been struggling with food for two weeks I don't know what to eat, food is boring and I want to eat everything I shouldn't

Another Day of non stop eating and I need help food is so boring I eat the same stuff every week perhaps a cook book is in order:)

*two handfuls of pretzels (I forgot almonds at the grocery ugggg)
