Traveling leaves little choices- but I am trying

Breakfast
*fresh fruit/scrambled eggs/ 1 piece of bacon
*cranberry juice

Lunch
*baked chicken
*spring salad
*green beans

Snack
*sugar free carmel mochiato

*4 baked chip pieces (just had to sample)

Dinner
*on a yacht with fancy people

orderviors
*1 backed shirmp on a stick
*1 backed chicken on a stick

*2 coronas (then lots of water)

oh and did I mention dinner - prime rib (ps I have never eaten this) and there is not much to eat because it's not really cooked
*small piece of the cooked portions of prime rib with horse radish sauce
*spring salad
*green beans

They set a huge piece of cake in front of my face even after I said I didn't want it- I got up and walked away seriously pie was served with lunch didn't eat that either

Well I am returning tomorrow from my vacation and looking forward to having an accountability partner my goals are much the same as they were with the games; however I will be stricter with my diet and allow one cheat day only.

I want to kip!

I really want a six pack and that is only going to happen if I really focus on my diet which is so difficult with a husband that loves to eat! However if I can do it for three months I can do it!

I am going to give my best effort everyday!

Tomorrow I will begin logging my diet again, vacation diet was out of control!
