    YUCK! I was going to come in today since it's my only chance this week, but I'm avoidling DL's like the black plague!

    In two and a half days I'll be hiking the Smokies in Gatlinburg and mountain biking in NC - I would like a back for that! Haha!

    I like this wod, but since my back has been under the weather, I can't love DL's. ;( I'm hoping this down time will get it back up and at em'!
