Opposing Ladders

As a warm-up to the beginning of bring a friend starting Monday and running for two weeks, here's a TEAM WOD that should prove to suck!!!....or maybe be fun. You judge.

WOD

"Opposing Ladders"

Teams of (2)

1-10 / 10-1

Push Press (115/75)
400M Run
Ring Push Up
400M Run
OHS (95/55)
400M Run
SDHP (95/55)
400M Run

The progression is as follows: One team member starts with (1) PP, the second member starts with (10) PP. The second set, member one does (2) reps and member two does (9) reps etc. Once the round is complete, both members run 400M and can not begin work until both are back. The second round, member one starts with (10) RPU's and member two starts with (1). Continue switching until evolution is complete.

Okay, this one needed a little tweaking. The modification is as follows. Push press and ring push-ups are set in stone. However, each team has the option in picking OHS or SDLHP for the last round. Yes there are only 3 rounds instead of 4. Whatever your team decides to do on that third round is what both have to do. Complete the reps and finish with the third 400m run.

I still think on the good mornings (in the warm up), we should bow to each person in our group and say "Good Morning!" LOL
