5 Rounds for time:
10 DB Split Cleans (5 each leg)
20 DB Split Jerks (each leg)
30 Jumping pull-ups
The goal is to use the same weight for the jerks as you do the cleans. Focus on form and dip that back leg so the knee kisses the floor on each rep of the cleans and jerks.
