WOD

3 Rounds of:

12 Weighted Step Ups

The goal is to use a bar and increase weight after each round. Go heavy here and really push yourself. This is not a conditioning workout and will require to push your "strength" limits.

    I have seen step ups alternating legs and step ups using one leg at a time. Is there a preference?

    Frank, I did 6 with each leg per set. I did all 6 of mine in a row and then switched legs. I noticed the other trainers switching back and forth for each rep. What-ever works easier for you. The goal here is to have your leading leg fully extended before bringing the other foot to the box. You don't want to end up in a squat position on the box and then stand up. Does that make sense?
