Only complete one round. One member works while the other completes the
following: 400M Run / 25 Ab Mat Sit-ups. For example: Member #1 begins
doing wall balls, and continues until member #2 has completed the 400M
run and 25 AMSU. Once completed, the pair will switch and continue the
progression. Each rep counts as one point, row is scored by calories
burned.

This was a great workout and I want to thank Carl for being so creative with FGB and Holli for being my partner - I think her upbeat attitude kept me going! Also, just wanted to thank Crossfit in general for having a place to come not only for a great workout but also for a few good laughs and a little fun for the day. Thanks!

This was a tough workout for me considering this is only my fifth class. I thought I was somewhat in shape, but Crossfit is teaching me otherwise. Tara, thanks for being a great partner. I am sure I slow you down a bit, but you keep me motivated.
