Ok, so here you have it - on a trial basis (for the month of September) we will be adding a 8:30 Wednesday Class to our schedule. This class will begin next week on September 1, 2010.

Front Squat

Using 65%, 75%, then 85% of your Back Squat Max
Then:
5 Rounds
5 Heavy DL 225/155
200 M Run

Liked the workout this morning, especially the 200M run X5 instead of 400.

I loved this workout and am also excited about trying 8:30...it's perfect if i don't work and the kids have school
