4 X 400 m repeats
Goal is to keep intervals within 5 seconds of your fastest interval.
90 second rest between intervals.
Rest 5 minutes then:
3 rounds of:
1 minute hollow rocks, rest 30 sec.
1 minute supermans, rest 30 sec.
