It’s a Double Birthday Day - Happy Birthday to Devin and Josh!!

Above is an awesome picture of Devin in last June's Warrior Dash Challenge - Devin has participated in many of our challenges and is an integral part of the gym. Devin - Jim and I wish you a very happy 47th Birthday today!!

Pictured here is Josh - our second Birthday boy for this awesome day. Josh is a newbie in our gym but definitely not a newbie to CrossFit. Josh is a level 1 CrossFit trainer and his expertise in olympic lifting has helped others in his classes. Josh - Jim and I wish you a happy happy 37th Birthday today!!

Make sure you take some time to wish both of these boys a Happy Birthday!

So, you are all wondering this question - "How many CrossFit Burpees do we really have to do today?" The answer is 84. 47 + 37 = 84. BUT your wonderful, nice, lovely, happy , wonderful, nice Coach - has put them in the workout AND split them up. You can thank me later.
