
Who says you need a pretty put together bar when you're squatting!? Nothing like an "Iron Sandwich"! Rich hit 385 on his total squat last night. Nice job Rich and everyone else going up on their totals. The Wendler is doing it's job.

5 Sumo Dead Lifts ( NO HIGH PULL)
5 KB/DB Snatches (each arm)
5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
25 Double-Unders
Sumo dead lifts are completed with a wide stance and the hands stay inside the legs. Use a weight 80% of your regular dead lift max. The sumo stance allows you to go a little heavier than usual. Snatches are done with a weight that will challenge you. No rushing through them without any effort. Anyone seen doing that will find a heavier weight "mysteriously" show up when they return from the pull-up bar.
