15 DB squat snatches each arm ( 40#/20#)
20 ring dips
12 DB squat snatches each arm
10 ring dips
9 DB squat snatches each arm
30 medicine ball sit-ups

    Impressive burpee....of course the photographer was pretty good at catching that awesome clap out! (ok- it was the camera!)
