News Alert:  Today is Jim’s 42nd Birthday…....

We had his Birthday celebration a day early so I thought he would really like it if I posted this awesome picture on the web-site for all the world to see. What I really want all the world to know is that I love this man so very much. I am so proud of the man that he is and I am so happy to call him mine all mine. To my handsome husband, hope your day is blessed with everything you closed your eyes and wished for:)

WOD

Wendler Strength -

Squat

Most of you will be on your fourth lift today as a continuation of last week.....some of you may not even be that far. Remember, you follow YOUR spreadsheet...everyone should have one now. You do 1 strength lift each time you are at the gym and you don't move on to the next week unless you have done the previous week's work for all 4 lifts.
