Does it get any better than this? A nice balmy 58 degrees outside, running, rowing, and jumping with your fellow athletes. Lot's of laughs and smiles!

WOD

5 rounds for Max Reps

1 minute Burpee Box Jump
1 minute swings KB or DB
1 minute SDLHP

This is a continuous clock workout. Use the same weight for the SDLHP as you do for the Swings.

    This is one of those days I wish I was going to the gym. I love Burpee Box Jumps! This looks like a great workout!
