This Saturday we will be having assessments from 8(ish)-10 am - if you are getting an assessment you MUST put your name on the list so we know who to expect. The Saturday WOD will be at 9:00 am - Helen and Kids WOD will be held at 7:30 am.

Push Press
Today you will be finding your one rep max on push press. Be sure to record this information in your journal, you never know when we will be using a percentage of your max on any given exercise in a workout down the road. Make sure to get adequate rest between rounds.
