WOD

21-15-9
Overhead squat 135/95
Burpee over the bar

Time cap: 8 min

Then:

4 sets of:
5 Weighted pull-ups
Rest 10-15 seconds
Unweighted strict pull-ups for max reps
Rest 3 minutes

Extra Credit –
Grip Development Farmers Carry For time:
400m Carry – Heavy as possible
