You can move up in weight until you find your push press 3 rep max. It's only a 3 rep max if you can do ALL 3 reps without setting the bar down. You get only 5 attempts to find this max.
Using 80% of your 3 rep max -
5 Rounds of:
5 Reps of:
1 Barbell Hang Power Clean + 3 Push Press = 1 Rep
5 Reps = 1 Round
Rest After Each Round for up to 2 Minutes.
