Wednesday's Schedule looks something like this:

5:15, 8:30 (am), 4:30, 6:00, and 7:00 (pm) CrossFit Classes
9:30am Yoga

50 Hollow Rocks
50 Back Extensions
50 Mountain Climbers (Each Leg)
50 Squat Thrusts
