Each exercise lasts 5 minutes and each 2 person team completes as many reps as they can over the 5 minutes. The clock is continuous while only one person works at a time. Workout is scored by the combined total of reps from the team.

This is all shoulders, no legs using strict form with feet under the hips. The first two sets (5 and 3) are used in the warm up to help establish your max. For those of you using your journals for reference start with 40% of your max for the 5 rep set. See below for the percentage breakdown.

The first number is the number of reps and the second is % of previous max:
5 - 40%
3 - 50%
3 - 65%
2 - 75%
2 - 85%
1 - 100%
1 - 105-110%
