B.S. in the news. Before reading on make sure you read the article first. Trust me the following will make more sense.
In the article there were a few points which caused me to have "oily spotting" because I was laughing so hard. When referring back to the article you will notice the two drugs used were Orlistat and Liraglutide.
Orlistat (otherwise known over the counter as Alli) has these side effects: "The most common side effects of orlistat are oily spotting on underwear, flatulence, urgent bowel movements, fatty or oily stools, increased number of bowel movements, abdominal pain or discomfort, and inability to control stool (incontinence)."
Liraglutide: nausea and gastrointestinal side effects.
The best part, in the "placebo" group more than a quarter of them lost up to 5% of their body weight by only changing their eating and adding exercise. Personally, if nausea and skid marks came along with my weight loss goals then I'd move to Antarctica where the extra weight would be welcomed. That way if I shit myself then it would be because I couldn't get my layers off in time.

Jumping pull-ups means chin over bar and start and finish with arms fully extended. The weight lunges are used with a plate being held overhead. Hollow rocks, well are hollow rocks.
