I cannot be responsible for whatever thoughts enter your head as you watch this video (Joe). My favorite part is at the :59-1:02 minute marks. "In just 6 minutes a day......". If this chick is impressed with that then she should try working on a 4 minute Fran.

AMRAP 20
- Team Run, Row, Burpee, Jump Rope
The runner determines the switch of team members, while the runner is out each member will work on their task until the runner comes back in and they switch. The score is based on how many runs are completed in the 20 minute timed workout.
On October 24th we will be having a CFM get together at an undisclosed location prior to the kickoff against Boston College. I'm sure someone will post the particulars in the comment section 'cause I have no idea.....I just work here. The festivities will start at 11:00 a.m. and will last until I can sneak past security into the game.
Only complete one round. One member works while the other completes the
following: 400M Run / 25 Ab Mat Sit-ups. For example: Member #1 begins
doing wall balls, and continues until member #2 has completed the 400M
run and 25 AMSU. Once completed, the pair will switch and continue the
progression. Each rep counts as one point, row is scored by calories
burned.
Each exercise will have a 1:00 time limit. A 10 second rest will be
allowed between each minute of work to allow for transit and recording
of score. Score will be completed number of reps. Each team mate will
work for one minute at the exercise and then switch with his partner.
The progression will continue through each couplet until a total of 3
rounds has been completed (18:00 of total work).
