300 squats in 14:30. I don't think running 5 miles Friday afternoon helped me here.

Ran 5 miles and then immediately tried to do the 200 situps (4 sets of 50). Did three sets in the gym, showered, and then did 50 in my office later. Will do the extra workouts in the morning at home from now on (and will keep time). I am not worth a whole lot after our runs

14:00 - run five miles and then 3 rounds of: 50 situps/50 back extensions.

Run 5 miles, do 30 burpees, 100 pushups. Too tired to do the workout prescribed by Jim following the run - had to teach all afternoon - will do that workout Sat or Sun
